In Birmingham today, March 16th, brick and tin, the farm to table favorite just opened its fourth location in Cahaba Heights on March 13th. The new spot sits at 3151 Green Valley Road in the Market Square Shopping Center with a bar, patio, and bakery inside. It's open every day from 10.30 a.m. to 8 p.m. All the classic menu hits are there, like the brisket panini name Alabama's best sandwich by Big 7 Travel. You'll also find the Bluebird Salad, Saltate Salmon, Mushroom and Butternet Squash Soups, plus fresh baked bread and desserts. Founded back in 2010 by Chef Mauricio Papa Pietro, formerly of Highlands Bar and Grill, the restaurant has built a strong following with. It's fresh approach. This expansion follows their recent move into Huntsville late last year, tapping into the fast-growing Vistavia neighborhood. It has loved the reliable quality across spots in downtown Birmingham, Mountain Brook, and now Huntsville and Cahaba Heights.
