Brewers Prospects Shine in Spring Training Win

Milwaukee's minor league squad grabbed their second straight spring training win today, beating the Arizona Diamondbacks 6-2. Several top prospects stepped up big, with RBI's from J.S.M.A.D., Mike Boweth, Luis Lara, and Eric Bytonty. Arizona jumped ahead early with a run in the first inning off Brewer's starter, Chad Patrick. Milwaukee tied a right back in the bottom half thanks to a single from a keel baddo. Patrick gave up another run in the second on a solo homer, but that was all for the Diamondbacks. Brewer's fans got a thrill watching their prospect shine, especially Lara, Maid, Bytonty, and Boevey, all ranked in the top 30 by MLB Pipeline. Their hits in the sixth, seventh, and eighth innings built to lead the team never lost.
