Ladies and gentlemen, we've got some breaking news as Rashid Walker has signed a one-year deal worth, quote-unquote, about $10 million with the Carolina Panthers.

1:04So unfortunately, it is not only a one-year deal, it's a relatively low one-year deal. I think we were expecting it to be, you know, 15-16-ish or we're hoping, I guess. I don't know what the expectations were, as I had mentioned before, as this was kind of dragging out, it kind of felt like he was not getting the deal that he was expecting to get. This is not going to help us as much in the compensatory formula, unfortunately. I don't know exactly what this means for us. The expectation and it looks to be about right is probably going to be a six-thrown pick. Right now, the top six-thrown pick, in other words, the closest to a fifth is Jalen Naylor for Minnesota. He got 11.68 as an average per year. The lowest is Tyler Alger who got 6.13. So between six and stupid idiot between some breaking news alarm, six and 12-ish is

2:06going to be probably about a sixth-thrown pick. That'll actually probably push Tyler Alger down to the seventh-thrown pick and push Josh Williams from the chiefs off of the board here. But Rashid is officially off to a new team now and unfortunately, we're not going to be necessarily the beneficiaries of that in the way that we thought. As of right now, it looks like about two-fourths of fifth and a sixth. There's probably going to be our compensatory. What we get back, there's potential. That things can change, but it's going to mostly depend on the teams that are in front of us going out and making some kind of deal with some players for big money. I don't even know who's necessarily out there. The Cincinnati Philadelphia, the Chargers, Denver, and Seattle are in front of us after that. It is Malik Willis and Romeo Dobbs is the next two in line. That would be, I guess, something to keep an eye on if those teams end up signing anybody.

3:10But it looks like Malik and Romeo are comfortably fourth-round picks. Quay is very comfortably a fifth and I'm thinking Rashid is going to be very comfortably a sixth would be my assumption. Anywho, I don't really expect anything, so aside from any signings or whatever the case may be, this may be the last of the breaking news, but stay tuned.
