5:18analyst forever you do a great job covering both on your website the gaming juice the gaming juice so want to get your thoughts on a bunch of news items from this week in the national football league and let's start with Trey Hendrickson who signs with the Baltimore Ravens this morning your thoughts on the Ravens now as we continue our march towards the NFL draft holy mackerel what a pivot point this was obviously brewing behind the scenes over the last 24 hours at least that's what we know so far as apparently they weren't really thrilled with the return price that they had a shell out and the two first runners there from Max Crosby so they end up signing Trey Hendrickson on the dotted line and of course chaos ensued if you listen to bed MGM tonight myself and Pat Boyle last night that went down in real time on the show when we were trying to address it on the fly and it just prompted a number of questions but Baltimore got their guy you know Trey Hendrickson with the

6:18supreme pass rushers of the league staying in the division Joe Burrow is going to have to face his former teammates not once but twice in the same year going to be collapsing a lot of pockets not a great runstopper by any stretch of the imagination but that is not his primary gig his is to create chaos in the pocket and he will certainly do that so the Ravens will you know applied the necessary ointment immediately after the max Crosby deal fell through and they caught an extraordinary pass rusher and Trey Hendrickson so for those of you in fantasy circles like as always comes back to fantasy eventually team defense I know we don't like to spend robust cash on it or draft picks but in the eleventh out of your draft of you know Baltimore Ravens are muy interresante because they're going to rack this sacks with Hendrickson now on roster yeah I like it a lot for the Baltimore Ravens even if and I think like I think you agree based on your analysis just now

7:20he's not the player and he's also older than max Crosby but still a very good player in his own right Trey Hendrickson so here's what I want to do now Brad I want to hit you with rapid fire give me like 30 seconds on each of these and this is not just like real life football takes but everyone plays fantasy football Brad is a fantasy football expert and has been for a really long time so I think his opinions will go noted here on a bunch of the signings that we saw this week in the NFL Brad what is your thought on Kenneth Walker the third signing with the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday I'm aroused I will say that I can't the walker the third is finally going to be on leash I think he's going to get anywhere between 70 to 75% of the opportunity share he's going to have a career year in Kansas City a lot of light fronts and a guy that is a great tackle machine folks he was number two in Miss tackles forest trailing only B John Robinson that category last season to the moon on Walker the third is going to be a top 10 running back at fantasy this year yeah I think and I said this earlier in the week but I think you're better at this than I am

8:21he's going to be a first-round pick in fantasy now right Kenneth Walker is that fair to say you think he's more of a second I think he he'll be available I believe at the turn so if you're to a 12 team lead by the end around one early round two all right what about Mike Evans and his fantasy outlook real life outlook this year for the San Francisco 49ers my cousin Mike Evans still I know he's a bit low on the tooth on the wrong side of 30 but I got plenty of gas left for the tank is going to be another thousand yard season I would say pump the brakes on that belief you know maybe around 70 catches 900 yards 68 touchdown certainly can get that done he still a pretty damn good receiver down the field I get those extraordinary chunk gains on occasion and is a certifiable weapon inside the red zone and ain't he so party is one of the more accurate passers in the pocket so I like Mike Evans as a borderline WR-2 WR-3 in fantasy this upcoming season you know what I think so interesting Brad and I think I've kind of been guilty of this you know

9:24the Patriots yesterday signed Romeo Dobbs to a free agent contract right the former Green Bay Packers signed up to a three year deal I think a lot of people are kind of you know shrug emojiing it kind of rolling their eyes a little bit Romeo Dobbs was quietly was like very good last year for the Green Bay Packers now I'm not going to insinuate that Dobbs is like like the wide receiver won the alpha for New England now I still think they need some help at that position maybe still try and work out of trade for AJ Brown but I think Dobbs is going to be someone that's undervalued by the fantasy community and I think real like football fans I kind of feel like overlook him as well what do you think about Romeo Dobbs to the Patriots we saw that yesterday. Totally concur with your point of view I think he will be the main man the primary WR-1 in that offense it's an upgrade over Stefan Diggs he's younger he's versatile and a guy that just really excelled a lot of key advanced metrics he was number 22 and average at the target he was number 12 and total red zone targets last season number 30 in years per route run had a one 10.1 pass rating when targeted and he was number 25 and fantasy points per route run like Mike Evans I think he's going to be

10:28teetering on that wide receiver two wide receiver three line and 12 team leagues and somebody you're probably going to get at a wider see for three price so go the extra mile and get to Romeo Romeo where for out that Romeo he's got beyond a number of my rosters this year yes going to say where for out the Romeo and my wide receiver three spotter and my flex spot and a probably a bunch of fantasy leagues okay two quarterback notes here number one like the dolphins are going to be bad this year right but being bad on the field doesn't necessarily mean that Malik Willis can't be an amazing fantasy football asset because he's going to run for a billion yards right so your thoughts on Malik Willis as the QB1 and Miami and I'm going to project this a little bit and bread if no one has said it to you already and to you the people watching listening allow me to be the first to say happy new year because at four o'clock Eastern today it's the new league year in the NFL Kyler Murray is going to be released by the Arizona Cardinals my guess is is that by the time

11:30I hit the air tomorrow morning and I am and maybe while you and pattern on the air tonight I'm betting Jim tonight the Kyler Murray will be a Minnesota Viking so your thoughts on Malik Willis with the dolphins and what happens if Kyler Murray signs with Minnesota yeah dressing Malik Willis I agree man he is going to be a you know probably a backing quarterback one and 12 team fantasy dressed because of that duality he's got a lot of spring of the step and he's greatly improved in his accuracy I think you green Bay Packers coaching staff a guy that was extraordinary inside the red zone last season completing 62.5% of his attempts he was a guy that was number one among qualifying quarterbacks and it's just a completion percentage got Jaylen Wattel there I know Devon H. Ann has been in the rumor mill but right now still on the roster he's got some weapons are going to add some additional guys I will also go the extra mile to acquire his services because of the all around contributions meanwhile for the artist formerly known as a docks out of the desert I agree he is going to be in the land of 10,000 lakes Justin Jefferson finally

13:34last night was such a bananas night in sports as you know you and Pat being on the air AJ DeBonza who might go number one overall in the NBA draft either go one or two along with Kansas is Darren Peterson just really casually drops 40 points as BYU wins and covers against Kansas State setting up a matchup in the big 12 tournament today against West Virginia where I think I'm actually going to bet the mountain years to cover in that game but my question for you given that BYU has a guy in DeBonza who's capable of rolling out of bed and scoring 35 on any given night and we know Richie Saunders is out for the season for BYU what Brad Evans do you believe the NCAA tournament or big 12 tournament upside is for BYU their upside is a first round knockout in the NCAA tournament I think they're going to win a single game and I know AJ DeBonza is incredible he is in the conversation for number one overall pick in the NBA draft and for all the right reasons the supporting cast is lacking they

14:34lost Richie Saunders obviously that AC elementary and that changed the calculus the biggest issue for BYU they can score they get down ill they can still let outside shots right has been great accompanying DeBonza but they don't have a consistent third score and they're not playing a lick of defense outside the top 300 in all of college basketball the last 30 days and affect a few goal percentage defense that will lead to their undoing and if you want another bet today against the BVU and I agree with your perspective of the mountaineers just bet the over in the game defense is going to be highly optional and that big 12 conference tournament showdown yes so right now and I'm just trying to get this information here so BYU right now is a four and a half point favorite against West Virginia so that numbers down from where it was earlier this morning it was five the total in the game one forty two and a half that's a seven o'clock tip around seven o'clock tonight and for the for those interested AJ DeBonza's points propped for tonight I mean it's twenty five and a half it's shit like the over is the biggest

16:39knows a sure thing one of the best big men in terms of their defense of prowess not only for Duke but Larsen the ACC and we don't know when he's gonna be in return with his own foot ailment but yeah they don't have a lot of depth and they don't have very strong guard play outside of Foster is shooting 40% from way downtown you go to Booser Cameron's brother and Kaden and he's shooting south a 30% from distance and he's not nearly to distributor that Caleb Foster is so yes it changes the mathematics and the overall outlook for Duke I still think they are a final four caliber team but if you want to go straight chalk homie I assume they are the number one of ones in your bracket pool you might want to think about that and you know take it elsewhere because I don't think Duke is going to cut down the net just a catastrophic and devastating injury at the most inopportune time and that's what's fascinating right we have so many different experts people whose opinions I respect that have different opinions on this like Brad you're the first person

17:41that I've heard say and it's not doesn't mean you're wrong or right you could be you could be right that you don't think they can win now without Caleb Foster it is going to be a fascinating sub plot not only this weekend in the ACC tournament but obviously moving into the NCAA tournament next week final question for you we have about two minutes to go and and just so everyone knows I asked Brad this question a couple hours ago I texted it to him because just so I don't want to spring this on him because it's a little complicated so for our listeners and viewers right we've been talking for a while about the four top teams and would you take the four teams or the field to win the tournament and maybe maybe not Duke now right with Caleb Foster up a Duke Arizona Michigan and Florida Brad does bracketology Brad is a bracketologist and does it on his website all season long at the gaming juice dot com Brad who are in your opinion the most dangerous two and three seeds that you have projected right now in the tournament and what are like give me like one or two nightmare scenarios or potential nightmare scenarios for the top teams

18:42of teams they might have to see in a regional final we have about 16 to 90 seconds for the answer all right I'll go real quick here my top seeds out of that group that have a chance to maybe a blazer trail the final four and win the national title the Houston Cougars I know they've really started offensively but such a unique defensive team with their extraordinary on ball pressure and Kingston flimmings a premier guard you know unlike the version last year that was a national title runner up Illinois my ILL they're the longest team of the country good terrific guard play in their own right we keep wagler is in the NBA lottery pick conversation as long as they get hot from outside don't face any quick guards early on that's their kryptonite they could reach indy and Michigan state of a schizel maizel we can't forget about him well the best rebounding teams in the country terrific defensively and they have a premier point guard though a dirty one and Jeremy fierce three seeds don't really excite me I was saying Nebraska Gonzaga and Purdue they all have their ills I'd if there's any one seed a scenario whatever
