Boundaries are very important for us especially in business because they help us to reduce the people pleasing, shiny object syndrome, and more. When I first started my business I had no boundaries at all and I burnout quite quickly. Now I love my boundaries which are firm and flexible. Flxible because life happens. What are your boundaries?
