It is Sunday January 4th, 2026. It is 5 p.m. on the center standard time zone and 6 p.m. on the eastern standard time zone. Y'all know what I'm

02gonna say up in here. The eastern standard time zone is the time zone. There are rocks my socks out hunting. You gotta push it up to the ATL to my home team. Y'all know what I got some what part music for you want. They got some body language. What is that body language? It is Sunday Sunday. It is Sizzling Sunday, my darling. I got some hot stuff for you. Hot stuff, body language. Any if I do have a life lesson for you today just in case you guys doesn't know. I'm gonna let you know I am a certified life coach trained by Dr. Monique Caradine who was on air personality at Fox 32 news here in Chicago. She's no long a bear. She's in Puerto Rico. So listen, I had the opportunity of being trained by her many years ago. It was a privilege and an honor to be trained by

02Dr. Monique Caradine. So listen guys, body language, body language by independent artists, independent artists core manic. One, make sure I get that name right core manic. So listen, I want you all to check this out. It's Sizzling Heart. Sizzling Heart. Take a listen, body language. Trapped in my mind, torseration, sitting back in patient, getting acclimated. No day acting shady. Ain't no act of weight. Ain't no navigator. Looking back, I made it. No, it made I made it. Ain't no fabrication. You just made I said it. You just made I did it. Baby, I could tell you all these things.

08All this pain, body language. All these nights alone. They won't leave me alone. Tell me what you know. Tell me where you go. What you running from. I've been running from. I've been running from. All right, all right. That is body language, body language. Listen, I like when he says he'd been running, he'd been running y'all. What are you running from? This is a life lesson.

11Y'all pay attention. This is the life lesson. What are you running from? Are you running from something? Listen, the very thing God is calling you to do is the very thing most people will run from. Did you guys hear me? The very thing that God will call you to do is the thing that you're usually running from because you don't want. It's just like Jonah. When Jonah got one in Jonah to do something, uh-huh. Jonah went in the opposite direction. Woo, come on up in here. Jonah went up in the opposite direction of what God wanted him to do. And y'all know what happened to Jonah. Jonah ended up in the belly of the well. He ended up in the belly of the well for what? Three days. He was down there in three days. Down to three long days, y'all. Now, I don't remember. Did he have some food? I don't know. He wasn't able to cook down in the belly's well. I don't know what he ate. So maybe he was on the fast. Uh-huh. God just put him on the face. He said, well, Jonah, now listen, I'm paraphrasing. Don't y'all think I'm twisting up the scripture? That's not what I'm doing. I'm just

15saying Jonah ended up in the belly of the well. I believe it was three days. Have you ever tried not to eat for three long days? I believe Jonah was probably thinking about his situation and where he was because God asked him to do something. Jonah didn't want to do it. So listen, after the three days, the the well, you know, regurgitate him. He said, the well said, well, I don't get rid of you, Jonah, because you ain't tasting too good to me, no more. I got to get you up out of here. Now listen, I'm giving y'all the long, I'm giving y'all the ghetto version of Jonah. So listen, he was down there in the belly, in the belly of the well. He couldn't cook. I don't know what he'd be eating on. So I'm pretty sure he was thinking of his situation of what God asked him to do. He probably said, well, I think I'm about ready to do what God wanted me to do. So the well said, well, it's time for me to get rid of you. I got to get rid of you. Sped him out. He's sped him out. So what am I saying? I'm saying this. This is the life lesson for you. If you find yourself

19in a predicament that you never ever would have been it. If you had a tolls and do a God set doing first place, you wouldn't be in the circumstance that you're in right now. I'm talking about life lessons, y'all. Sometimes you got to be going through a situation that is just like this as well. I was saying about this. Let me put it to you this way. The children of Israel was going through what? For the years, 40 years. They went through from 40 years. You know, the children of Israel was some stiff neck people, stiff neck people. And most say, God, why do you give me these people? I don't want these people. They stiff neck. They won't pay attention. They won't do the right thing so they will go on through 40 years. So let me tell you something. Don't take 40 years to do what God is asking you to do. Go ahead and do your assignment. Do your assignment. Do your assignment. And then you can, what will happen? You can, I want to put it this way. You can

22go through and around, around, around, you know, a dry place. You don't want to be in a dry place. You don't want to be in a desert. You don't want to be between a rock and a hard place. Just go ahead and do what God is telling you to do. Stay in the will of God. Stay in the will of God. Don't get outside of the will of God. When you're outside of the will of God, some rough stuff will come your way. Listen, if you be disobedient, like Jonah, Jonah was disobedient, he ended up in the belly of the well. When you end up being disobedient, God said, well, I'm going to teach you a lesson. Oh, huh. You're going to teach you a lesson. And then you decide, well, I just don't do what God is asking me to do. That could be anything. It could be discipling somebody that you don't want to disciple. It could be teaching the word of God and you don't want to teach the word of God. Listen, go ahead and do a God's ask you to do. So listen, why am I saying that? That's the life lesson. The life lesson is this. Make things easy for yourself and go ahead and stay within the will of God. I'm talking about body language. Your body language has a lot to say.

24You can be telling people a whole lot of stuff and your body language is saying something different. Just be honest with people. Just be honest with people. You know, and then your body language being aligned with what's coming up out of your mouth. People can reach your body language. They know what you're really saying because you'd be like, oh my goodness, you'd be looking all over the place. You're not looking in their eyes. You're looking all up, all down, all around. It's just like being in court. I got to get on the body here in a minute. It's just like when you're in court, if you do something wrong and you have to go to court, the judge asked you a question. You don't want to tell the truth. And so you're looking all over the place and the judge was saying, I'm up here. I'm up here. Judge dude does all the time. Eyes up here. They know you're getting ready to lie. Sometimes people go to lie and they look at all over the place. People know you lie. Come on now. So listen, your body language will tell off on you. So listen, I got to get on up out of here. It's been a stone cold blast and it's always, it is peace, love and soul.

28You motivated, you motivated, you winning with it. You know they hate it. All out of fear, fear, she fears.
