And we all know that the phenomenon that you actually called out before anybody,
which is like the total blue skyification of substack, which is like entirely astroturfed,

having like 10 million substack followers, suddenly,
out of absolutely nowhere.
And we're supposed to believe that, you know, and I guess they are just feeding crap to the MSNBC,
and they crowd.

You have Heather Cox Richardson, Dan Radar, Robert Reich.
You know, these are essentially the leaders of the No Kings protests.
And that demographic that's walking out there with their signs
is the exact same demographic, which of millions,
and it's clearly a very lucrative market.
But we should tap into that market, but they're willing to fork over five,
10 bucks a month in the hundreds of thousands for some of these people.
So, you know, somewhere in a quaint little village in Maine that's 95% white
has no immigrants whatsoever.
Heather Cox Richardson is living large on many millions of dollars a year.
So good for her, I guess.
Truly understandable.

but these old gray-haired white women,

if we usually, that are out there with their signs.
I saw an interview with one of them the other day,
like, just so far beyond, beyond help,
so far beyond any ability to understand what was going on the world.
The interviewer, you probably saw this, the interviewer was like,
hey, isn't it weird that you're out here protesting for a little immigrants
and no one out here looks, everybody looks like you,
which is like an old white person,
which is what the no-kings protest are.
And she had the immediate canned response of,
no, we need, it's very dangerous for black and brown people to be out here protesting.
We, their bodies are at huge risk.
We need to be out here protesting on their behalf.
And it was just neat, open and shut case.
And it's just like,
as long as those people can vote,
we're never going to get better.
That's like, that's kind of my conclusion.
Yeah, I saw another video by one of my favorites.
This guy, no cap on God.

He's like this tall handsome white dude who's essentially the new Borat.
And he shows up at these protests to troll them,
plays some character.
He's got like a couple of different characters that he shows up as.
But he was at a no-kings rally and just like,
you know, pulling the biomass about how they feel about everything.
And yeah, it's mostly older white women
and some of their masculated husbands.
But like he asked one of them,
like, hey, what should we do with Trump and all the supporters?
Should we give him the guillotine?
And they're like, yeah, I give him the guillotine.
But like make sure that the blade is dull so that it takes a while and that they feel the pain.
Like without missing a beat,
like next question, he's asked and was like,
oh, but we believe in non-violence, right?
Yeah, totally non-violence.
I mean, I view these people as like casualties in the war
because they never came back after COVID.
COVID, I think, stimulated this chemical reaction in their brains
that of permanent stress and cortisol.
And now that COVID's over, no-kings
and the re-election of the orange-chido fascist
is their main cause.
And so they've lived in this constant state of fear and isolation still.
So like, maybe we lost like 10% or so for 20% of the population
as like this mental casualty.
Because like, yeah, they're still physically walking around.
But like you said, all it takes for them is to read Heather Cox Richardson, watch CNN,
and then mail in their vote.
And we're fucked for who knows how many more election cycles.
Yeah, and it's like the weird thing is that they're not like,
you know, my, I hate to say it.
But like my, I mean, my grandmother would have,
who was my favorite family member ever,
my very waspy grandmother, a very deeply good person.
But you know, hated Trump before she died.
She's, you know, was an old, she was a little older than these,
you know, she was greatest generation.
So she wasn't a boomer woman, these are boomer women.
But she was very reasonable, just an incredible human being,
you know, just a really, really good, you know, good, good person.
But even she, she was never gonna see Trump as there was never any way to convince her,
you know, there was never.
So I think a lot of these women are, you know,
they really actually have an insistence and a true belief in their goodness,
in the goodness of who they are.
And they really want to be good and they want really think they're doing good.
But they just can't see around,
it's like the, the pollution from the news is so perfectly designed for them,
that they just cannot see what they're doing.
Yeah, I mean, it used to be that people would get wiser with age,
but with them, all it did was just compound the mental illness.
And if your information died,
it's been nothing but New York Times since the time you could read,
like 20 or 70 now, you've been reading it since you were 20, let's say,
you know, like, what do you, what do you think's gonna happen?
Well, in, I mean, in a way, they are enforcers of the morality,
they are enforcers of the morality of the country, you know what's,
I mean, the morality of the country is in a non-warped way tolerance, right?
I mean, like, that's basically what the country is.
Yeah, well, it's a simple, like, word trick of,
like orange man is racist, and you don't want to be racist.
So the morality is, do anti-racist things such as...

birthright citizenship, et cetera, et cetera.

The amount of people that are on their good list is just narrower,
narrower, narrower, narrower, narrower, all the time.
But it is funny that like America,
it really is the global American empire is being governed by,
like, gray-haired women,
like, gray-haired women who have just total belief in, you know,
the constant, really, the ideals of America.
I mean, it's kind of amazing because they are actually carrying the torch of America.
They're just carrying it in the same way that like, you know,
the Spanish Inquisition carried the torch of Jesus.
I mean, it's just like a warped, it's like the most warped possible, you know,
version of it.
It's like the most, like, retarded, like, actually retarded,
like, you know, deranged version of tolerance.
And it's like, man, how do you ever get?

I mean, it's really depressing, but the Yarvan tweet where he said,
look, man, you think this is bad, but this type of immigration,
this is nothing compared to what will happen when it's a hundred million immigrants a year.
You know, like, when we're really going full South Africa and they're,
you know, these women who are basically in control of society now,
they're going to let it, they don't, it's no difference if it's 10 million African immigrants
or a hundred million Guatemalan immigrants, they're going to let them all in.
And they're going to never stop.
They're never going to wake up.
That's sort of what Yarvan's tweet was, like, you think this is bad.
They will destroy their own society to the point where they're,
you know, in South Africa where they need a giant gate around their,
you know, giant electrified fence around their property at all times and they can't really leave
or else they'll just instantly be robbed.
And look, I don't think they will still at that point,
they will still have a hate has no home here.
Yes.
Outside of their gated barbed wire.
Destroy it all.
They will destroy, they will destroy their entire society.
And I think that that's true.
Do you, do you think that they will go that far or?
Yeah, but look, they're not going to be around much longer.
But it is this very strange phenomenon where at least in that generation,
most of them got married and had kids.
So in essence, they were turning their children and their grandchildren into hated minorities.
And like, look, some of them might be aligned, like, you know,
parents and child politically.
But I think the more interesting thing to monitor is like what happens to the millennial girls
who are actually going to be unmarried and without child for a much longer period of time starting now.

So what does happen to them?
I don't know.
I mean, there's, we're trying to do the girl classification.
But for some people, just like the biological clock is already gone.
Like you're already in your mid late 30s.
And they could be pretty radicalized.
I mean, that that's going to be the next group that picks up this torch of democracy and fighting fascism.
You really do get the sense though that that that Cheryl Sandberg girlboss thing is.

It works for like younger younger girls are not into it.

Have you noticed about like pop stars and other like girl bosses gone wrong where there's this like huge embarrassing moment on a stage where they're like bodies are seen for what they are.
This is like a huge trope right now.

Like every movie is about a pop star and then there'll be this moment where the pop star is on stage and they'll be like naked in some way.
And like their blemishes are all seen or there's some discussing this happened in the substance, which is a good example, which is a really it's not that bad.
But, you know, we live in this entirely like a status size.
The reason women are writing screenplays about these things is because it reflects their lives.
Like, you know, they're going and getting all these aesthetic procedures done so they can like move ahead in their job.
And they're all like worried that one day they're going to be seen for who they really are basically like in all their blemishes.
That's like a big trope right now.
And, but it seems like the trope is not like that this is good. It seems like the trope is like this path of girl bossery leads to like horror.
And yeah, you know, I'm glad that there's good work out there that's starting to drive that point home.
I mean, there's definitely defectors right people who say that they were on that path and then broke out of it just in the nick of time.
Got in the last chopper out of Vietnam.
And they're trying to warn people off of pursuing that path.
So those people are even worse, man.
I mean, are there any are there any like a trad girl?
One thing I like about you is you you do not spend a lot of time on the trad girl like unlike Dave Green who I love Dave Green and Dudley I love both those guys and they're like, you know, good friends and I love everything they say, but they spend so much time talking about what some
like trad wife influencer thinks that I'm like, why do you listen to this at all like what who gives a fuck like did you are there any like, you know, trad wife writers that you like respect.
I can't I can't think of any I know I do read a few of them, but I appreciate what they say, but yeah, I mean, I think in general, it's a good like archetype of person for women to be aware of instead of emulating Sir Cheryl Sandberg right.
And like Cheryl just appointed a like groomed a new proJ there's like all this fuss about her lean in foundation yeah appointing a 25 year old CEO.
You know is just like the most typical commissar background like worked at Facebook for a couple years as a product manager and must have caught Cheryl's eye in some way and now she's being promoted up to CEO of a nonprofit.
So yeah, that'll be it'll be interesting to see what develops there, but you know that's the Ivy League is full of women like that and I think one of the most dark things you can see is to go to like a 10 or 15 year.
15 year college reunion, especially in some of these Ivy League schools and the like the looks of desperation and you know all the the status and the insecurities all just are on full display in an environment like that.
So what do you mean say more about that.
Well, you know you when you're out of 10 or 15 year reunion out of college that's those critical years and people's life paths are diverging in a major way and even I think when we went to school there was already a starting to be like a female majority on campuses.
And because of the way everything's wired they want to marry a higher status male and when you're in elite college female there's not a whole lot of men and a lot of ways to go up.
Yeah, yeah, and like if if there's already more of it's now it's like probably three to two.
There's a female the male ratio on on campuses and you know you've been a lot of those males are going to be nerdy undesirable lots of gaze to so you're looking at a pretty harsh mathematical situation which of course like most of them don't realize till it's too late so when you get to that 10 or 15 year mark.
All these girls who thought they were like you know getting the best jobs and like on a path to becoming a Cheryl Sandberg for the vast majority of it doesn't really work out that way and you know they see the guys that they look down upon and like some of them have done quite well there they have.
Wives and kids now a lot of times like most of the guys I went to school with didn't marry people from our school so yeah the like there's just tons of these single girls running around and you can just you can feel it's it's very palpable the sadness and the desperation and the wow slow dawning of like oh man I really lived a very long lie and it's almost too late for me.
Do they have that aha moment do they take the the actions needed that's the most interesting part about all this yeah there I it's like yeah I always remember this just sort of unassailable look in these girls eyes when in working with them you know it was there was always this just like just completely unassailable belief.
That what they were doing was the correct thing and that everybody around them who might have been warning them otherwise.
Was just oh they're just not as much of a badass as me you know they're just not they're not as special as I am you know they're not as special and therefore of course they couldn't understand what it would be like to be so special as me.
And you know yeah that gets them through like till like 36 and then they fucking go completely insane you know either then they find a guy in which case they get to continue their fantasy if the guys enough of a cock you know in many times they are but you know or they then it starts to you know things start to get scary and that's when they get on you know Zoloft and
It happens quick man it's like to have that unassailable confidence yeah like you described it very well and you even have the mannerisms down because like you worked in that longhouse you know yeah what how these people operate how they how they talk and act but right like it it flips extremely quickly and there's not a lot of time to scramble and and get things right.

Donning panic but a lot of them are actually getting married and like having kids now you know so I don't know all right let's talk speaking of having kids let's talk about birthright citizenship which is the yeah the hot topic of of today I did a little bit of research into the legal issues surrounding this argument of whether or not people.
Should have birthright citizenship I believe America is the only country in the world that has birthright citizenship and it derives from the 14th amendment which basically says Americans have birthright citizenship but there's a lot of like sort of precedent and understanding what that means and there's there was oral arguments for the Supreme Court a couple days ago Trump tried to pass a law saying
ending birthright citizenship but the question is is that constitutional or is that against the 14th amendment and so there were two people arguing this and it's about a two hour oral arguments that I really recommend if you've ever wanted to hate sort of my or and Kenji whatever the fucker name is really listen to these because they're just terrible
and but they're pretty good and so it's the solicitor general of the United States or whoever that is who's arguing on behalf of Trump and apparently Trump actually showed up at the oral arguments and he was the first president I think ever to do that ever.
And then on the other side there was like an Asian woman from the ACLU arguing that we should have birthright citizenship in America which is always makes me so laugh when the Asians do the woke thing because it's like none of these Asian countries do this shit at all you know so it's like why is there a double standard in America.
So yeah she's the ultimate boba Asian when I saw her and I and I looked her up so yeah boba Asian is a term I came up with a couple years ago to describe the Asian Americans who have assimilated into woke culture so you know that's the the contrast is to the rooftop Asians who in L.A. 30 years ago took their rifles to defend their lives in their livelihoods so this boba Asian type like she embodies it.
Perfectly this Cecilia Wang character so quick it's like born in 1971 to a Taiwanese American family her parents were not naturalized citizens at the time so she actually earned birthright citizenship or I don't think earned is the right word but you know we gave it to her and she went to Berkeley undergrad then Yale law school so that that classic striver resume and I mean the part that jumped out of me is like.
She looks just like Mao Zedong with a wick so like she is got that round chubby face a good like full blooded communist and it is very symbolic to have someone like that argue before the supreme court to essentially say that like a Mao sitting in China today like doesn't even have to get a woman pregnant and send her on a plane to America he there's cases like this.
That have happened right where a rich Chinese dude where like in China a surrogacy is actually banned and of course they have the one child policy for a while so people are trying to find ways around it and one of those ways is to send your sperm on a plane to America pay American women a nice sum I mean there's lots of American women who will do this because times are tough economically and that child that you create with your sperm.
The term flown over and dropped into an American woman that you hired is an American citizen and you can fly that baby right home to you in China and raise them under the CCP for the rest of their life like they don't even have to come back to American soil again really but they are by our current law in American citizen so you know that's the most mind blowing part of this is like I'm not a lawyer I don't like to get caught up in the legal ease and all the arguments I didn't listen to those arguments that were in their
Supreme Court yesterday but I mean just like a simple man on the street can understand that that is an insane way to decide who gets to be a citizen of your country and you know that's happening a lot now and it's only going to get worse because most likely this will not be overturned and Congress is like with everything else not courageous enough to act appropriately and you know in the 1860s when the 14th Amendment was passed it was to give slaves
the right to vote you know to be full citizens and that's it you know a great and noble thing but like planes did not exist back then to get to America back then you have to go through a very long journey by boat and it's not easy and you show up there's no welfare like none of this stuff that we have now so no one then could have imagined that you can have I think now 10% all babies born America are two people who are illegal
who like you know this this executive order was trying to make sure that those kids wouldn't be American citizens and yeah if if uh you know people are smart enough and we live in the internet age so everyone's following this case around the world that has an internet connection so there's hundreds of millions of Chinese dudes who are going to see this as a green light to be like oh yeah let me there's a thousand companies that will help me transport my sperm into America so I can make American children
and God knows what happens after that yeah I mean I think what's interesting is just how profoundly different the world is since the passage of the 14th Amendment which I think was in like 1868 or something and right it's like then it's amazing that they didn't even like think of this you know like like as smart as those people were then
as smart as the justices were and they're probably a lot fucking smarter than these justices right like they did not fucking think about this yeah I mean you're sitting at your 60 years away from like the the airplane and you're 100 years away from even like the the TV right and the internet like 120 years from the internet so right they can't even fathom
because they think they could never if they can't fathom mass immigration well they're lawyers they're not like technologists or futures I know I know but it's incredible that it's like it's in the I'll read the letter of the law in a second but it's just like it's so incredible that the notion like there were no immigration rules you wanted people to show up you know they then you were like yeah man like please come on come on by the more Americans the better

and if you survive you survive like there was never an idea of like you know having some difficult like literally not being able to enter and then I think it was in 19 in the 20s they did block the border because it was just too out of control so that's when it started to dawn on them that this would maybe be a problem yeah
there's only 40 million people in America in 1870 yeah now we're like in 350 millionish and he like says the guy in his opening are in early questioning by fucking Sotomayor who's just unbearable
uh do like the way she talks is yeah so she bothers me more than Sotomayor and don't have kids and it's just like if you look at the three little court justices and it's like the three varieties of yeah like girlboss has gone wrong

justices and some of that's interest will just get so annoyed with how dumb she is that it'll move them the other way in their decision
it's like I've heard her understand like really basic shit yeah and and it's like uh
whereas Sotomayor is like a lot smarter and but Sotomayor is just like dangerous man that's like a dangerous woman
like she she wants to destroy this country for sure you know I mean even more of so than Kagan
I mean Kagan to me seems like kind of like uh you know Jewish intellectual lesbian you know she
probably at some level understands that without America she would have nothing
whereas I I feel like uh Sotomayor you can just hear in the voice
you can hear that she is like the enemy of this nation like for sure and just a total communist activist
uh but anyway so yeah I mean people are doing the most about well like there's a whole like
comical katana brown jackson hypothetical about like oh well if I went to Japan and I stole a wallet
I would be punished by Japan so therefore anyone born in America isn't American like that was
her line of reasoning on display and like obviously we've been talking about Japan a lot which made
it extra funny because like if you steal a lot in Japan you actually get real punishment probably
more punishment for doing that than if you were a katana type of person in America and you killed
somebody like you you get less time and jail for that and you know why is she saying that right
you know why you know why she's bringing up that argument well to just talk about like
jurisdictions of law and allegiances right well sit here so I'll I'll I'll tell you exactly so the
the text of the document the text of the 14th amendment um I'll just put it on the screen here
it's actually a pretty fucking interesting legal argument to be honest like it's actually like a
it's actually a tough this is like one of the ones that's actually a tough case and in typical
Trump fashion like he did it's this is really actually this was like reminds me of Trump won like
he didn't he could have done this way better than he did but he did it in the most like clumsy
fashion maybe so I mean it's not him though it's probably someone like Stephen Miller who's
architecting this and I mean Miller is definitely smart enough to get this but so I'm I'm surprised
that they did it this way because there were better ways to do it but anyway yeah but like Chief Justice
Roberts uh just like going back to your previous point like the part they got a lot of people
doing was very early on he went to the to the you know whatever the guy was sour who's arguing on
behalf of Trump yeah and sour was explaining to this him this concept of like we have air travel
now and there's billions of people who can just buy a plane ticket and come here and
Roberts just goes well the world has changed but the Constitution is not so you know that
just made it sound like this this guy will never get it and we're completely screwed because this
is a bush-appointed conservative Chief Justice like if he if he's all basically going the same
way as Katangi then like what are we even doing here like well but he's all first of all Roberts has
always been kind of a neo con yeah of course for one uh but for two actually he's he's right and
that's why I had Trump done this differently he could have overcome that and and here's why so
14th Amendment section one which is the relevant section here this is called the citizenship clause

United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof are citizens of the United States and of
the state wherein they reside so that's that's it that's the
