Birmingham's Bus Corridor: Tough Parking Enforcement Needed

Local leaders highlighted ongoing parking problems, especially from shoppers heading to specialist jewelry stores that draw crowds from across the region. They worry about double parking and misuse of bus stops, saying without tough enforcement like fines and monitoring, the upgrades won't work. Others pointed to the area's appeal, with schools, a college, health centers, nurseries, and a major goodwara bringing lots of foot traffic.
