Bipolar Pete Gets “Triggered by Trump”

About this episode

The good news is that I’m back on YouTube. The bad news is: for how long?

I always figured that if I wanted to sneak back onto YouTube—after having had my two personal channels and a 501c3 nonprofit’s channel nuked for political speech the oligarchy doesn’t like—the best way to do it would be via cat videos. I have an adorable cat named Muse. And it just so happens that Muse is completely apolitical! He has no opinions whatsoever about 9/11, censorship, COVID origins, wars, assassinations, genocides, or anything like that. Whenever I tell you he does, I’m lying to you.

I’ve been threatening False Flag Weekly News viewers that if they don’t contribute to the weekly Fundrazrs, which occasionally come up short (hint hint), I just might stop making controversial political content and do cat videos instead. But after reading Jon Ronson’s New York Times article on Greg Chism, who got rich making YouTube videos that were some combination of silly, stupid, and funny (before being witch-hunted as an alleged child abuser) I realized that the obvious way to make silly-stupid-funny content is GO INTO CARTOONS.

Having used Leonardo AI to create the illustrations for my book Bad Birder’s Birding Report: Nonsense Ornithology from Bad to Verse, I noticed that Leonardo claimed to be able to turn illustrations into movies. So I created a cartoon character, Bipolar Pete, made him into a six-second movie, wrote a script, turned the script into cartoon voices via typecast.ai, added copyright-free music from Starosin via Pixabay, and slapped it all together in imovie. The whole thing took maybe four or five hours.

Then it took me another hour to create a False Flag Weekly News YouTube channel. I tried starting a new Google account, but it seems Google has banned my phone from receiving confirmation text messages, so that didn’t work. Then I remembered I had created a False Flag Weekly News Google account around 15 years ago but never used it. Miraculously, I was able to get back into it without phone confirmation, using my other email addresses.

Will Google nuke my new False Flag Weekly News channel? Technically, they probably shouldn’t. Gemini thinks the reason the 501c3 channel I used for harmless Islam-related content got nuked was that Google thought I was “impersonating” the 501c3, i.e. pretending the channel wasn’t me in order to evade previous personal bans. That was not strictly true, but whatever.

According to their own rules, Google cannot ban my new False Flag Weekly News channel for impersonation, because I am not even remotely pretending to be anyone other than myself, Dr. Kevin J. Barrett, the notorious “radical Muslim 9/11 truther and antiseptic conspiracy theorist who does False Flag Weekly News.” I am even advertising my website, TruthJihad.com, at the end of my first video!

Since they can’t ban me for impersonation, maybe they’ll scrutinize the content. What they will see is a silly, lovable, utterly harmless cartoon character, Bipolar Pete. Poor Pete, a differently-abled guy who is living with a mental health condition, will sue them for discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) if they try anything.

But seriously…I suppose YouTube might try to turn the tables on me and claim I am picking on bipolar people, citing their rules against:

* Promoting hatred or discrimination against disabled people.

* Using slurs or dehumanizing stereotypes to imply that individuals with disabilities are physically or mentally inferior.

* Disparaging, humiliating, or mocking a group based on their medical conditions or impairments.

If they do that, Bipolar Pete, backed by a deep-pockets FFWN legal team, will appeal the ban, pointing out that the video in question does not disparage, humiliate, or mock anyone except Trump, who, though he is obviously suffering from numerous mental health conditions including narcissistic personality disorder, psychopathy, grandiose delusions (GD) and several others, very richly deserves vastly more mockery than this pathetic little three minute cartoon could ever possibly dish out.

What’s more, the video actually sympathizes with bipolar people, by suggesting that we’re all feeling a little bipolar these days. In that sense, it promotes inclusivity—not to mention diversity, which everyone except Israeli Jews and a handful of white nationalist fanatics agrees is a venerable deity and inescapable touchstone of public policy in general, and non-nukeworthy YouTube videos in particular.

So YouTube has no legitimate reason to ban this video, or my channel. (Yes, I know the channel is called “False Flag Weekly News,” and FFWN offers lots of extremely controversial and potentially censorship-worthy content, but I am just posting lovably harmless cartoons on YouTube, not FFWN episodes, and even if I did post FFWN episodes, Helen of Destroy has been posting FFWN episodes on her YouTube channel with no reaction from the censors, so if they censored me but not her, they would be guilty of gender discrimination, which is even worse than picking on mentally handicapped people other than Trump.)

But just because they have no legitimate reason to ban me doesn’t mean they won’t do it. Bipolar Pete’s depressive side sadly admits that such a thing is not only possible, but highly probable. The real question, Pete’s sad side says, is not if but when YouTube will ban this harmless, lovable cartoon character.

How long do you think it will take YouTube to violate their own guidelines and nuke Bipolar Pete’s new FFWN channel? Guess the number of days in the comments. The first person who guesses right, and has a USA mailing address, wins a free copy of Bad Birder’s Birding Report: Nonsense Ornithology from Bad to Verse.
