The Buffalo Bills are adding depth to their quarterback room by signing veteran Kyle Allen to a two-year deal worth $4.1 million dollars, with incentives that could push it to $6.1 million. This move brings back a familiar face for star Josh Allen, as the two are good friends from past overlaps. Kyle Allen, who just turned 30 years old, spent last season with the Detroit Lions, where he threw just two passes, both incomplete. He was with the Bills in 2023, too, playing in seven games but not attempting a single pass, mostly kneeling on 13 rushes for, minus 13 yards. Over eight NFL seasons, Allen has appeared in 34 games, completing 62.5% of his passes for 4,700. 53 yards, 26 touchdowns, and 21 interceptions. His best year came in 2019 with the Carolina Panthers.
