Biggie's Last Act: Xscape's Beef Resolution

0:00On April 1st, Tiny from XS Cave just opened up about a wild hip-hop beef that got resolved in the nick of time. Back in 1994, Biggie threw shade at the group on his promo track, Just Plane Dreams, calling them out harshly enough to make. Headlines, but years later, right before his death, he pulled Tiny aside with a real apology. The distone, but XS Cave played a cool at first, not even responding publicly. Whenever Biggie wrote up to their shows in the same city, they shut the door hard, no exceptions. Germain Dupree kept pushing for peace, trying to get them to let Biggie backstage, but the groups stayed locked in, telling him straight up he wasn't. Welcome. Fast forward to the 1997 Soul Train Awards after party. Biggie finally got a one-on-one with Tiny and Condi, owned his words, admitted he was out of line, and showed mad respect. That moment hit different knowing. Biggie was gunned down in a drive-by in Los Angeles just days later on March 9th at only 24 years old, turning a long feud into one of his final acts of grace.
