The 67-year-old Quick and 70-year-old Wright have owned Big Q BBQ at 21-17 South-34 Street, Dishing Out, pulled pork sandwiches, rib platters, and burnt ends to loyal fans. They've sold the spot to Matt Toll, the guy behind the snack shack on Johnson Drive and Mission. Tolly takes over April 1st, and he's promised to leave the menu untouched, keeping all the classics just as they've been for decades.
