BEWARE! Is This Crypto Exchange Stealing User Funds?

Seems there is a major misunderstanding in regards to user funds at volet.com. the wallet exchange provider has decided to hold a bitcoiners funds hostage instead of simply sending him back his bitcoin. Are they setting a precedent for future tyrannical behavior?
