0:00It's March 19th. Here's your NFL news in two minutes. Subscribe to Stay Locked in All Season. The Cincinnati Bengals are facing a tough time filling needs at linebacker during free agency. They had eyes on three potential reunion players from their past. Logan Wilson, Jermaine Pratt, and the team Davis-Gaither. Earlier this week, things moved fast. Wilson announces retirement in minutes, and Davis-Gaither signed with the Indianapolis Colts, linking back up with former Bengals defensive. Coordinator, Lou, and Arumon. Reunions with those guys were always a long shot anyway, given the rocky history. Still, it underscores how the linebacker market has gone sideways for Cincinnati at a spot they really need help. Team brass made it clear they planned to tackle this position in free agency and bring in some veteran leadership. Davis-Gaither at least fit that bill, but now he's off the board. Other names like Bobby Wagner are still out there. The Bengals better move quick though, because time is running short to land what they want.
