Bengals Eyeing Top LB Devin Lloyd

Now reports say they might chase Jacksonville Jaguars free agent Devin Lloyd, one of the top guys at the position. Lloyd put up strong numbers according to Pro Football Focus. His overall grade was 89.1, third best among linebackers. He ranked third in coverage too, with an 81.1 grade and quarterbacks had just a 69.2 passer rating against him, second lowest in the group. That said, he missed 12 tackles over 15 games, ranking 45th out of 88 linebackers. Meanwhile, the Bengals drafted two rookies at the spot last year, but neither looks ready to lock down a starting job without a real fight for it. This can mark a shift for Cincinnati.
