BEing with Cari - Abigail, Audrey, Ava and Adelina
About this episode
In this episode, Cari sits down with Abigail Olayo and her 12-year-old triplet daughters, Ava, Adelina, and Audrey, to explore how personal development and intentional “being” can become part of everyday family life.
They share how morning meditation and declarations help them choose who they want to be, navigate conflict, and practice seeking first to understand rather than reacting. The family also discusses their purpose of “being love,” creating safe spaces for honest conversations, and the ways these practices are shaping the girls’ relationships, confidence, and personal growth.

Hi everyone, welcome to Bean with Carrie. This is a podcast where we talk about bean and what bean means to us. Today I have four amazing guests and I'm so excited. This is the first time I've had multiple guests on the show and I have three of the coolest triplets in the world on the show today and their amazing mom. I have the ole of family. Welcome everyone. Hi. Thank you. Perfect. All right. I'm going to have each of you introduce yourselves. I just want to know who is, who is so that everybody who's watching the video will be able to tell who to and then you don't really have to give much of an intro but just tell us your name and tell us what your favorite thing about bean is. My name is Adalina and my favorite thing about bean is like who you are. Amazing. My name is Ava and my favorite thing about bean is that you can change
your thoughts which means you can change your bean. Yeah. My favorite thing about bean is that I get to choose how I'm bean. So incredible. And Quik Qua for mom gives her introduction. Tell us to tell everybody how old you guys are. Wow. Wow. Amazing. All right. Go ahead, Abigail. I'm Abigail Wua and my favorite thing about bean is that there's so much power behind it and that you have choice and who you want to be and what you want to create in your world at any moment. I'm going to start with you and I'm going to share with you that you are such an incredible example to me about me and you and I have spoken about this a little bit. As a mom, I see you being just an incredible mother to these beautiful girls and
I'm wondering where that comes from. Like where does your sense of being start? Where did it start? Where is it located within you or around you or explain that a little bit to me? Yeah. First of all, thank you for that acknowledgement. And being really started with me of like an inner searching of being we were traveling and we they were 15 months old and we're in Columbia, South America. And I remember this feeling of like really looking for where did that powerful woman that I once knew? Where did she go? Because I had checked all the success boxes that I had on my list. They would equal success, married to the love of my life, traveling, entrepreneur, successful career, all of these things. And finally, after having completed IVF, we had been blessed with our family, our girls. And now we were traveling again with them.
And it really, it just was I think my heart calling out, my soul calling out, that there was a disconnection in my being. And so for me, it lives in my heart and soul and bringing my mind to be aligned with them. And that's really where it started and where it lives for me. That's beautiful. That's beautiful. What do you feel were the next steps you needed to take? Well, that from where we were traveling and I had that moment, I think that was really my calling out in the universe for help. And the next steps were we happened to be at a business event for entrepreneurs and we were looking at what that next step would look like. So we had just invested $10,000 for a couple day program the most that we had ever invested in ourselves.
And we were now faced with, do we invest $15,000 for a year? So we had just done $10,000 for two days, and now it was $15,000 per year. And Edward's so visionary, that's my husband. He was like, or you get a coach. And that was really strange. And also, like I follow, you know, or we're in sync with each other. I'm like, oh, okay, let's see what that looks like. And I spoke to a woman there. And started asking her questions that she had a coach and her coach was actually Steve Hartison. And when I asked her, is he any good? And she says, oh, he's better than good. He's a mind surgeon. And it literally was like my world shifted. And it was like, that was what I was looking for. And so the next steps were, you know, taking to contacting him, to looking into it. And in a very short amount of time, committing to spending $150,000, we were just debating about 15. And and moving forward with that. And I remember on the way home, making a long story short.
I remember on the way home, we were leaving that business event. I already knew, and Edward had been asking me like, what did she say? How much is it? And I didn't know what to tell him because it was, like I was locked in. And how am I going to say, we need $150,000 for this, that we didn't have sitting around labeled coaching. And anyway, he had shared with him and he says, well, you could buy a house for that. And in Phoenix, back in 2015, you could buy a house for that. And I remember on the way home in the drive, it was just like letting him know. And being so, I was already so committed to me and being aligned with that calling that then I was being committed. This was my second big commitment and looking back, it's very clear. I, it was clear at the time, but I don't know that I actually registered it as that, that second commitment, but looking back, it's very clear. That was my second commitment was I told him it was going to alter our lives. And it would forever, it always moves me forever, alter the lives of the girls. And they were at that point, it had already been three
months since we were in Columbia. So they were a year and a half. And that's what I stood on. And that's where it comes from of like what you'll hear or see in conversation today was that original search of being back to me, being free to be me. Second, to be it, to being the mother or the foundation for my kids to know who they are. And so that's really where this all spawned from. So it's hard to have a word for that because it, I look at it at your girls and I've heard your girls speak, I've heard your girls read their document to a room of 300 people and without pausing like these girls. I'm going to speak to the girls. You guys were amazing at the 2024 TUE because that was my first event and I had only gotten into the being community probably three or four months
before that. And then to see three 11 year old, who already knew who they were and they were already being who they wanted and had chosen to be was moving for me. Like it was powerful for me because I'm like I don't even have that knife in my 40s. And so I love how you guys carry yourselves around as these individuals who already know who you are at such a young age. And I imagine that's probably different than a lot of your friends. Yes. You know, tell me about some of the ways that that is different about how you guys notice how you guys live your lives, knowing who you are and the differences between your friends who don't really have that same foundation. Well, one of our friends on our soccer team, she the other day was looking for approval on something
and asking us and we're like, well, if you're choice, you know who you are, you don't need a approval, but she didn't know that so she was still looking for you. And did you get to help her to help teach her that? We little, we didn't, but she didn't understand it like we did. Yeah. Yeah. Anything else? Any other experiences you guys can think of? Well, well, there's a difference from the way we be with our family and then others like they be with their family. Okay, talk about that a little bit more. What ways? Like at dinner, we'll always say like we acknowledge our grateful, our best part of the day and the challenging part and how we overcame it. And the others they like just eat, sit and talk.
So there's a difference like we like to see how our day was going and everything. Okay, so what I hear in that is you guys keep the being part of who you are very conscious like in the forefront. Yeah. Yeah. And we and we do it every morning and every night. Early. With our morning meditations, mommy created for us. And then at dinner, we say what we're grateful for, our challenging part of the day, how we overcame it and our best part of the day. So and then if like something's still challenging us, we can all work through that. Oh, I think that's really important. I love that too. So it sounds like you you try and solve it yourself by how you're being and trying to think through it and decide
this is the decision I want to make. Kind of like what you were talking with your friend on the soccer team. You make the decision you want to make. But if you have in a hard time making that decision, then you can go to your family and say, hey, this is what I've done or this is what I'm thinking or this is what's happening. How can they help you? Well, that's wonderful. Go ahead. Um, when we do it, um, we do it like our sisters and their parents sometimes so that like we can all learn from the situation. So when we have like maybe some situation come up and there's something to learn from it. We'll all will hear it and then the one who's working through it will work with mommy and mommy will ask his questions like, is that true? What are the facts? What is your story? And we can, and we work on that and identify what's like what's true or what's not. And then at the end they ask us,
what did you, what did you, what did you, what did you take away? And, and then we all share what our takeaway is. So those are, that's one of the ways we get how we're being and we learn how to like question like, is it all true? Am I making it like some of its story? What are the facts? That is really powerful. Do you, I'm curious if you as sisters do that with each other too? Because you specifically mentioned doing that with mom. Do you do that with each other? What do you mean like mom and that's mom we do with mommy? Say that again. Not as common as we do it with mommy. Okay, okay. Perfect. Do you mean like with, where, like they ask us the questions? Is that what you're saying? Yeah, so say, Ava, you're having a struggle. Do you ever go to Audrey and Adelina and say,
hey, this is what I'm challenged with or this is what I'm trying to decide and do they ask you the same questions that mom would ask you to help you figure it out? Very different. It's a little, no, I would go to mommy and that is a possibility. I didn't think that we could do because we all know the question is. Right. Right. And I think, go ahead. Go ahead. We're just going to say from like my perspective, they may not ask the questions directly and yet they show up for one another very powerfully. So if someone's saying having a hard time, then their sisters might be looking at how they can help them. Maybe it's a hug. Maybe it's giving space. Maybe, you know, when they're, when they're not involved in the charge, they, they have a way of showing up for one another or in a way that supports them and helps move it forward without the questions. And in being present with them, I would say is how I would describe it being present and
being very loving. I, I, I love, go ahead. Go ahead. At other times, sometimes, if, sometimes we just need to tell someone something, but mom might be on a call or doing something and Adi and I have come a couple times to me and I've come a couple times to them like, Hey, can we just like tell you something? Can you listen? I want to just like sit there and listen. I love that. And that's such a powerful part of being is listening to each other. What other experiences have you had with your friends where you've been able to show up for them in a way that most people can't? Well, when we travel, we need, need people all the time. And we like to make friends and like play, but then kind of we leave. But when in those instances, sometimes
like, how would you just guide it? They don't know what is like right or what to say in a way. Okay. So like, we're a home school and sometimes the ones that do go to school, they're saying like like when they pick up from school. Okay. And sometimes that's not like very kind or like like very not supportive, but like it's like like that just doesn't feel okay. Like that does that's not okay. And sometimes I don't know how to hide it. That's okay. Okay.
When I'm in this instances, I think about it first because like, I don't know what's going on in their life. I only know what's going on in my life. And like to seek first to understand. But instead of going on like, stop saying that that's good. Don't ever tell me that again. So like just going so charged and like just to seek first to understand. Then that creates like space. And then you can like work with them and like maybe find why they did that. Maybe they're having a bad day. Maybe they don't know what's right. Maybe they around, they're like around that a lot. And it feels normal.
And and that is just so powerful when you seek first to understand and just take a moment. And like maybe you don't even have to ask them anything. Maybe you can you can just be there for them. And at the same time, if it's something like really big, it's still not okay. But you can approach it a different way and have and have a time to think about it. After you think you so much for that, seeking first to understand is in my experience, and again, I'm much older than you guys, but it's something that not a lot of people are taught ever in their life. And I think it's such a powerful thing, especially when you come at it from a point of view, a mindset of like you said, there might be something else going on in the background.
So that what that version of them that you're seeing might not be their norm might not be them. Right. Do you do you find that that kind of an experience happens often? I would say majority because some kids and people are still trying to find their way through life. So they're still trying to figure it out. And I think that can also like lead to not knowing what to do and thinking that maybe they did the right thing or maybe they regret doing something. And like they're still like learning with them. So I would say majority, yeah, because they're still trying to figure it out. So that is something you get to practice a little bit. Yeah.
They have to be where I'm just like like I just get so upset that I don't slow down and I just like charge for like charge kind of and I'm trying to be right and like kind of put like make sure that like make sure that I'm heard in a way that but I'm trying to find the way. That's okay. Take your time. Yeah. Being charged in a way that maybe they have something going on and then I figured out later. And I'm like oh my god, like I was so mean or something and I didn't even seek first to understand.
And then from there I could like go and like say hey that wasn't very kind of me clean it up. And then I can also start noticing and being kinder and switch switch how I'm being. And so if they do something like kick me or something. I don't know. I'm just using that for an example. It's still not okay. It's just I can never think about it and approach it different maybe. I'm going to say it again. What you just said is so powerful and so many adults struggle with that. And so thank you for explaining how that process kind of works for you so that anybody listening to this who might be struggling with that too can understand that a little bit better. I'm I'm I think you for sharing that I'm going to ask. Hadalina and Eva if you find the same thing happens in your life that a lot of times.
If you don't seek to understand somebody else first that you find that you make judgments or you have ideas and make a decision and then have to go back and be like oh what can I do differently with this. Yeah. Yeah. So that day we went to soccer practice and later that in the early day we learned about seeking first to understand. And then we went to soccer practice and there's this just this kid on the team that kicks like defense kicks the ball when you're sitting on it or or just like it's with you and he kept kicking and I came like so charged like telling him to stop and he wouldn't. So then when we came home we found out that there's something. He has ADHD. He has ADHD and that I know that and I came so charged at him.
And then so the next practice we were still like still it's not okay that they can kick it and approach it approach the problem a different way to understand. I love that. Did you find that it changed how not only how you interacted with him but it changed anything about how that person responded to you. It did. He when he kicked our ball he'd either go get it and still we told him we didn't like it like in a kind way and he'd understand and like listen that we didn't like get our ball. That's so wonderful. Thank you for sharing that. Okay but do you have an experience? Yeah. Different speakers. Speak up? So anything.
It wasn't silly that quickly. Okay. If you don't have an experience is there a feeling or a thought that you have about what your sisters just spoke about? Thank you for that. From that lesson we learned that night. We now instead of getting charged we stop and we think seek first to understand. Like I used to today when I don't understand why we want to disguise them and I don't understand why did this kid keep cutting me in the line to the slide and he was a little in and I really wanted to tell him don't cut me. I was kind of charged so instead I took a deep breath and then I asked him why do you keep cutting me? He said oh I didn't know you were in line and then
after that I got my turn and then he knew I was in line and after that he didn't cut me. That is really powerful. It's really powerful. So it makes us from that I hear that sometimes people aren't aware of what they're doing and so by us being calm and seeking first to understand what's going on we can help. Help isn't the right word we can find out where that person is coming from but not only that they can find out where we're coming from too right so it's not only doing a service to the other person it can be doing in essence a service to ourselves too. If I came and charged to him he wanted no life and he wanted no that he cut me. True. Very true. One of you explained to me when you say being charged what that means to you guys.
Being charged is like when you're all worked up and like you come like but it's not like physical but you come in like in this being of not being like kind. Okay. When you be charged sometimes like if Audrey asked me a question and she doesn't know I matter her because she did something on accident but I think it's intentional and she said she says, Ava do you know what my homework is and then maybe being charged I will snap at her and she'd want to know why. Did you get something you want to add to that Audrey? Yeah. And I also didn't think that just makes the situation worse because now the other person feels like
like like whoa like they don't know what they did and like they just come with like like a charge of like anger or frustration and and now they're like like kind of like fired up too and that just kind of makes the situation worse because sometimes in one of the situations you both want to be right or like a born each other okay. You're going back or something and then from like a small problem it turns into like this big fight or something and so. Absolutely can. Go ahead. When when you come charged it just really doesn't help the situation. So what I get from what you're saying is being charged is kind of like not being grounded not being centered you could be in your feelings or you could be in your thoughts
something like that but you're a little bit dysregulated. Do you guys know what dysregulated means? Is that a good explanation? Yeah. You're not very grounded or not very centered. Yeah. Yeah. So they're like you're worked up is those are all words of what she's saying. If you found it is ready. Yeah. Disregulated or all that's a word to describe everything she just said right now. I also think when you come from it from seek first to understand the other one's oh I'm hurt there they're asking me like I can I can say something and they just feel like hurt and there's this like loving energy going around that it just makes both both of who like what are who have the persons are they just like feel like they can understand
each other better and feel like hurt and anyway loved and like like wow they asked they asked me I'm like surprised it's like out of the audience. I think it's such a good way to put it you talk about coming from love and having love for the other person and how that can kind of help them to bring their walls down right. Can I share a personal experience that I had with one of you about this? Is that okay mom? Okay. This is with Audrey and you know what I'm going to talk about right? And at the last TUE experience that was just this past January Audrey and I have to be sitting next to each other during the conference on one of the days and it was Steven it was Steven got up and was speaking and wanted a said we're going to that's a group we're going to do
this activity and it was to partner up with the person next to you and I was sitting on the end of an adult and Audrey you were right next to me and I'm like in my head I'm like she's she's not going to want to do this she's not going to want to do this and I turned and looked and you were just looking at me and I'm like do you want to do this and you're like yeah and so I was like oh this is going to be awesome and so we we did this we did the the thing the activity which was just looking in each other's eyes while Steven read this I don't know if you would call it a poem but about it was really about seeing the other person as a person somebody who has struggles just like I do somebody who has lost is just like I do somebody who's gone through hardships just like I do and somebody else who wants love just like I do right and then at the end it was just very
powerful because I started crying and you were so wonderfully sweet and just stood up and gave me the biggest hug and asked what you could do for me and if you could get me clean x and if I was okay and and I explained to you that they were happy tears like I was just so grateful to have this experience with you because if you hadn't been willing to do that I wouldn't have had a partner and so that in itself was powerful for me but I actually brought with me the next thing and it just for anybody listening the rest of that story is up right after that we went to lunch and I was out eating lunch and just talking with some people and the next thing I know Audrey is right next to me and I look and she has this beautiful little card in her hand that she drew and then she wrote this sweet sweet message on the inside and that made me cry all over again because you were coming from a place of understanding of trying to understand and it was powerful to
me how and and just talking to Eva and Adalina as well throughout that weekend it's it's a powerful thing at how young you guys are and how much strength you have that you probably don't realize by being who you are in this world being somebody that wants to understand people and being somebody that comes from love and it's a powerful powerful force and so I want to think you guys for being there I want to thank you Audrey for participating in that and for your card that I have on my mirror that I look at every morning and it just reminds me of a way that I can be too so thank you guys thank you for who you be and I know it's so I shouldn't say I know I can imagine it's kind of this crazy thing that people tell you guys all the time how different you are and for
you guys you're just like I'm just being myself right do you find that yeah but you guys really are powerful and strong and you are amazing examples even at 11 and 12 years old to a lot of us adults who are still working on becoming like you guys are so thank you for who you be thank you thank you can I go on please thank you for acknowledging Audrey and seeing all three of them and I see a big change like we have morning meditation and so in morning meditation they write down at least three of who they're going to focus on being that day so they have a document and they have declarations and if there is a moment that we missed it in the morning or we started our day or or something maybe one of them didn't come in on it there is a noticeable difference
and how they show up during the day and so it's really these girls are are so committed and it's a part of their practice and maybe one of you can speak to when you don't do morning but no we don't need to show the paper I know she wants to show you the paper you just write three but how do you experience that when when you're not writing your declarations in the morning or sitting with them sometimes I don't remember to be who I am and I will do some things that I want to do when I'm grounded like not seek first to understand it being willing to succeed it's good I'm going to say when I don't do the meditation in the morning or ground who I am
I usually like I don't see the good in the in my day I'm usually like just focus like if we had a little fight in the morning and I'll be just like carrying that with me around the day interesting what we're doing with it is we we consider it rather than saying a declaration or saying we are it's like really an active self-love and it's them filling their own cups with that love first of all and then they can show up loving to other people because they have an overfill in their cup so it's really special and I wanted to give you a little bit of insight as to what they do to have that to be able to show up powerfully for people in the world for to each other to my to me they show it powerful and and it's a really special thing but they truly practice so hello right please if there's any part of that you would love to share it we would love to hear it
you take your time sweetie is this single me yeah what's the question that's it carry she would like to know the question again so if there's any part of that routine meditation that you're doing the morning that you would like to share not either specifically something that you like to work on or a part of that process we would love to hear that um well as we do i i declareations and then we do um what we're grateful for and then we do what will make today extraordinary and then we do i think they never randomly did three and there's important things to get done today
oh and say you do that every morning and one of the categories that i find most helpful are um the declarations because one of my declarations i um i put on there a lot is that and that everything works out best for me and the other one is i'm a loving sister you know what go ahead keep going honey because there for that for i'm a loving sister that one helps me so much because if maybe you were sitting in the car and it moves and my sister accidentally bunched me i'm like oh that hit me and and when and when i do the meditation
the thought yes it may come up and i can question it like hey the car move like i could have hit them and and it just helps me like i am a loving sister and and like they didn't mean it like they weren't they weren't intentionally hitting me or anything like that and like there's been times where i use on that everything works out best for me because maybe it's just these both do something and i don't know what's gonna work out for me the way and that can help me allow base and not lead into like a fight like i don't want to do the one's just these two or something like that and i'm like everything's gonna work out for me like maybe maybe i i can do something that maybe cc's can't and it's not like to up one like oh i'll go to do something better it's just that maybe i'll go to do something different in a way
i love that and that is actually the perfect transition because i was just gonna ask you guys if you had like if you could explain what your declarations are not that i want you to read them but what a declaration is to you and then if you have one or two favorite ones that that you would want to share with everyone so thank you for automatically just knowing what i was gonna ask next dogry uh a declaration to me is like who you're like your grounding to be who you are gonna be in the day and you can use them like even if i just did my three in the morning i'm be like i can't use these other ones i could still pull up other ones like if if i had these separate different declarations and um i just get enough i said i can pull up the declaration i'm a loving sister and so i can use those throughout the day
to help to help know who i am and a declaration that i love a lot is um i am love and i and that everything works out best for me it is wonderful thank you for sharing that do you have any that you would like to share ava? um thank you for that over sure take your time so while you're thinking oh go ahead oddy sorry say that again oh you can go oh okay i was just gonna say while you're thinking um i was gonna ask mom the same question yeah so a declaration to me is a statement that we're calling into existence that we're we're now standing putting a stake in the ground of this is who i am and um creating that existence and that we have access to it any moment and a couple of my favorites i have like
50 something and a couple of my favorites are i am a positive light i am loving to myself especially in my thoughts and i am present oh beautiful those are powerful thank you thank you for sharing Abigail have you thought of any ava that you wanted to share and if you don't want to share it's okay some of my favorite declarations are i'm kind i'm brave and i'm safe i'm gonna love those and i'm strong wonderful well is i we're gonna kind of wrap this up a little bit because we're running out of time but i want to see if there's anything else that any of you would like to share there's something that like you're saying i really want to tell everybody this or i want people to know this about me or about being or is there anything else that you guys would like to say before
we end um going back to our morning meditations okay we have three most important things to do today and one that's always on my list is homework so it's so i can always look back at my sheet and be like these are the most important things i got to do the thing so it it helps guide me to what i have to do instead of thinking like off the top of my head like what i gotta do this gotta do that gotta do this but no i think i have to do this it just like lessons it down for me and like if it's someone's birthday i have to make them a card and like do homework and then um help out with dinner let's just say those three i have a Marty on there so i'm like homework done next but not like to just check the box but make sure i'm getting them done and it and it sets me up for success and
talking about success my declarations also set me up for success because now i know who i'm being today and and it just it just makes the day so so like so full of like happiness and joy and like like i i'm not that like mad or i want to be right just let's me be me and then like i have a wonderful day i'm i'm gonna i'm gonna hold on to that for just a second i'm gonna ask all three of you guys a question is that do you find that it makes it easier for you to make choices when choices come up during the day if you already decided who you're being yes yes most it does how so well if i was to like if they asked me like if i was
as i was thinking that i just lost my bag okay okay so the declarations help on like who were being like the morning from i say i'm love and then let's say like something something happens where i can't find my things and i think Audrey took them because she has she has the same thing that i had and it's blank then just like i'll come back to i'm love and like seek first to understand like hey is that mine or do you know where mine is it mine is all right that's that's amazing and i'm able did you think of one okay go ahead let's speak up she didn't hear you okay i'm telling her speak up when like if how it helps me if i was like i woke up and then Audrey or or addi like
and i know i Audrey if she went and she didn't know i was using the brush and i put it down and she took it and then and then i just thought uh she's me and then i mad caring at day to day and then i take it on addi and addi doesn't know what happened then i can go back to my declarations grand myself find a solution talk and apologize and clean it up with that's another powerful experience thank you for showing thank you all three of you anything else that you would like to say yeah going back to being family being family if we are family purpose that we are love and that we know we are we're being love and
that we hold a safe space for one another like if they if like if we need to talk to mom and dad and tell them something that we might not want to tell them like we'll go back to who we're being as a family and they can be like understanding and listen and we can be able to tell them yeah we have a we have a code word called sunshine so if it's like pie for us like if we're scared to tell them we know that all we'll be there for us so we can go to them so we if we if we say sunshine then they know that we were questioning the tell them or we were scared um or didn't was afraid or didn't want to tell them but we needed a tell because we needed to talk about it or something then we could give them that code word and they know to listen and be open minded and help us and sunshine is a way that like we kind of like work
together like like if we sit like let's just say we broke something we're like hey mommy or daddy I have a sunshine and like if they're on like those are these all put down they're like okay well what's your sunshine and then we tell them and then now we can we can work from there and find a solution and like sunshine doesn't mean like oh you have a sunshine and you broke something that's okay it it just means that like well now we have something to work with it instead of um finding out that someone broke it and they're like you broke it and there's been time where that happens and they just want us to tell the truth but we think like oh it's the end of the loop of the kind of getting in trouble and we like lines it not me and um and then it just turns into this bigger bigger thing because we like like who to work with like like you need something
to work with so it turns into this big thing then instead of saying the truth so that's how sunshine got created. Well that's powerful and then mom and dad correct me if I'm wrong mom and dad know that you are telling them something that's difficult for you to say and they come at it from a space of I just need to listen and here what's going on and support them and then if we ask for help they will help us. That's wonderful that is wonderful um I'm going to say it again you three are just amazing examples of how to be in this world and I know that you have taught so many people that I know of new ways or have given them new examples of ways to be and so thank you for continuing to be each of you independently authentically but each of you coming from the same place of love
and understanding because that is going to make already has and we'll continue to make a huge difference in this world so thank you guys thank you for being on the show. Thank you for inviting this car. Of course of course I was so excited to talk to you guys today so glad you were here. They made you something oh my goodness oh you guys are so sweet oh I love your drawings. Are you saying that to me? Okay I want to frame that and put that up say that again Eva. You want it in a mail or a picture? It's a good question. Um send it to me in the mail and I will frame it and put it on my wall. Okay thank you. That's a fine memory just to let you know it might be a little folder. That's okay. You'll send it without it. I think now it's not going to be another one.
Thank you guys so much. That's very kind of you. This is my memory. I appreciate it. So here's the declarations. Oh nice I am kind I am brave I am safe and then things that okay what is that second section saying? Three things I'm grateful for today and I said my family my friends and play and the three things I will get I will three things I will make today extraordinary and I said ice cream Seen honor and grandpa and our scene honor and then see grandpa and yes we did get ice cream today. Oh my god. And then the three national important things today was homework. Um make sure I'm ready for school and learn lots.
That's good thank you for sharing that. I thank you for sharing that. You are. What's my saying? Let's correct it. Stay long. That's okay. That's okay. No worries there. So thank you guys. I appreciate you being on the show and I can't wait to see you guys again. Hopefully it'll be sooner than January. But we'll figure it out if not. So thanks so much very appreciate you. My pleasure Abigail anything you would like to share with us before we leave. Hmm I think for the people that are hearing or watching um it's just so powerful. I think that my my hope is that this helps inspire what you can do in your family and as an individual it really started with what I started in the beginning as an individual and from that we were able to I did my own uh individual inner work Edward did his own and then we were able to come together and then we brought it out through family and it just makes such a powerful
difference. I hope these girls know that we're so proud of them and we know they will have their own journeys at the same time and hopefully with them knowing who they are that um they'll have access to that and help them through there. So yeah just hoping to set inspiration for the families out there that we did it you can do it too and we'd love to answer any questions feel free to reach out to me if you have any. Oh yeah you got it. So you got it. And everyone who is watching our listening we will have information on how to contact Abigail in the show notes um and then if you have any questions anything or need or want to contact her and want a connection made you can always reach out to me and I can connect you up with Abigail. So all right ladies so wonderful to see you thank you again for sharing who you welcome and who you be and have a great rest of your day. Thanks bye.
