BC Eagles Soar in Spring Practice

0:00On March 30, Boston College Eagles hit their 10th spring practice Monday morning at Fishfield House, wrapping up with intense 11 on 11, situational drills after individual and teamwork. Quarterbacks like Mesa McKenzie, Grace and Wilson and Femi-Babalola aired it out, hitting deep completions to guys like Ned Bolden and Reed Swanson, while running back Cedric Addison and Evan Dickens powered through for big gains on the ground. Defense showed a big two, with Marcellus Townsend, Cameron Howard and Jordan Rodriguez snagging tackles for loss, pass breakups and even a couple. Picks in Red Zone and late-game scenarios. Standouts included Jonathan Monague hauling in multiple touchdowns, plus a deep running back group shining in Indies and linebackers drilling fumble. Recovery's transfer is Bodi Kahun and Anthony Palano looking sharp. Eagles got one more session Wednesday morning, where head coach Bill O'Brien and some players chat with media, building momentum toward fall camp.
