Barton & Winton By-Election: Local Moods Test

0:00On March 25, a by-election is set for the Barton and Winton Ward in Salford on April 22. It was triggered by the death in February of Councillor David Lancaster, thought to be England's longest-serving council member. Two local voters requested the vote, pulling residents to the polls just before May's bigger local elections. Labour has a strong track record here.
