He's accused of a series of shooting stretching from Miami Day to Brevard counties, including two murders. Barnes faces charges tied to killings in Miami Gardens in North Miami, plus another shooting in Cocoa. Police had put out an alert earlier for his white van, linking it to the violence. In Cocoa, officers say Barnes shot a man in the chest at an apartment complex off Clear Lake Road on February 27th. They chased him as he sped back toward the scene in his van. The footage captures officers surrounding the van, dodging it as Barnes allegedly tried to ram them. They used a K9 dog and tasers to take him down after he resisted.
