Banned Driver Pleads Guilty to Fatal Crash

The 41-year-old victim, Jay Duncan from Dundee, was riding as a passenger in his Pujo 407 when it smashed near Barrican, Northumberland on January 28th. Earlier this week at Newcastle Crown Court, the 46-year-old from Gateshead pled guilty to causing death by dangerous driving. He also owned up to driving while disqualified, and without insurance, facing a judge who made it clear jail time is coming his way.
