This marks Kevin's first time directing a feature since his 2005 film Loverboy, which also featured Kyra and Young Socy. The movie follows the Smith family gathering on their farm to shoot another low-budget horror flick. Things go off the rails when a real dead body turns up on set, sending everyone into chaos. The couple, married since 1988, drew on their acting backgrounds to handle the directing duties together. Kevin shared that his years as an actor made him tune in to a director's challenges.
