The clip lasted just 10 seconds and captured one throw, but it sparked questions about whether Auburn has another quarterback issue, even though Brown threw for 3,158 yards in 28 touchdowns last season at his previous school. Options and social media accounts jumped in fast, with some wondering if Tiger supporters should worry about the position heading into the new year. Auburn's head coach, Alex Gilesh, quickly pushed back on Thursday, defending Brown's form based on their close history together. Gilesh coached the 41-year-old quarterback for 3 years at South Florida and made him a top target in the transfer portal when he took the Auburn job this off season, so he knows the arm won't be a problem when games start.
