Artemis Two Crew Breaks Records, Honors Past

On day 6 of their mission, these four astronauts zipped past the Moon's far side in the Orion capsule during a six-hour flyby, snapping, never before seen views up close. They're tracing that same free return path Apollo 13 took after its glitch, using Earth and Moon gravity to sling back home without burning, extra fuel. While out there, the team documented craters and peaks with pro-cameras and even iPhones, calling some spots, snow bright or like lampshades pierced, with light. Crew reactions hit deep Canadian astronaut Jeremy Hansen challenged the next generation to top this quick.
