Creativity is an addiction. Unplugged because we will always say yes to creativity. Totally uncut because we all make mistakes. So let's turn it into a tool. This is arrow unplugged. Do you ever just sit back and watch people? Watch their body language. Listen to how they are bringing their sentences together. Is it a run-on sentence? Is it something that Twitter has created inside their heart where it's just barely there and you're going, I didn't catch what you said. Can you make your thought a little bit longer so I can jump into the same swimming pool that you are in? But I mean the way that people are walking around we're getting number is what we're doing. And the question is how can we re-energize the purpose and plan of why we need to pay attention to the process and progress of a planet that's going through tremendous amounts of changes. And we can't sit by and say I don't let somebody else handle this because that's what's going on. Those other people that are handling it are doing it wrong

which is causing some friction in every corner of the world. This is not a complaint. This is called awareness. Learning to understand what is in your surroundings and how can you activate your own voice to help bring peace of mind to the path. Not just yours but everything that's connected to it. Hands arrow. This is the Daily Mass, a chronological walk through in everyday world. I am a daily writer, the silent wolf. That means I sit on the side and I listen. I participate in ways that do not cause friction but what I want to do is I want to create conversation. I want to be able to go in and study. I want to learn about what we are doing right and wrong, how we're missing, how we're gaining, how we're finding victory and how we're failing. This is the Daily Mass. The challenges that feel more like a defeat and or attack. Yet once you're through them, it turns out to be a scratch more than just a cut. Have we given ourselves permission to make things bigger than what they really are? I mean my goal is to always be aware but to not

make a determination until I have a larger part of the moment experienced. My wife and I always remind ourselves to stop writing the story before it happens. Anxiety is more than an energy thief. It robs the body of its structure, breaking things down in ways that are very much invisible and yet we know there is something wrong. How can you pinpoint it? I don't know. I just don't feel right. Okay, let's break it down. Let's find out what your trigger is. Let's get in there and see what has caused this miniature storm inside your giant head. I'm learning how to create play zones throughout the day. A play zone is breaking free of my personal expectations as a podcaster, as a writer, as a performer. I've got to have a play zone in the way of releasing the stress. Play zones can be a couple of quick VR games. You know those goggles, I go bowling, I do

pickle ball, I do all these different things but I don't play a violent game. I play something that is kind of sporting, challenging. It makes you think. I also go on transition walks so I can be in this forest to take in Mother Nature at her absolute best and worst. I mean, Jazzy and I are on that path, even if it's raining. What are we going to do? Meltz? It hasn't happened yet. But it's a play date. It's a play zone. It's a place where you can go and you can create new hobbies. Not things you can get done in 15 minutes but something that you know is going to require a lot of time. A play zone. We did it as kids. We had a great time and then suddenly someone said, you're an adult at your age. Why am? I'm going to create a play zone. I'm Arrow and that's the Daily Mass.
