Army Seeks Info on Drone Theft Suspects

These Skydeal X-10D models were taken between November 21st and November 24th, and the Army is offering a reward of up to 5,000 dollars for tips leading to arrests and convictions. The drones, which carry only small cameras, pose no risk to the public. They feature onboard artificial intelligence that lets them fly on their own, dodging trees, buildings, and power lines, even in complete darkness. Officials emphasize this was no random break-in. The fees had authorized entry to the military base and the building, then broken to lock storage cages in a deliberate grab. Now the Army has put out clear images of the suspects in dark sweatshirts, head coverings, and long pants. They've also shown pictures of two possible getaway vehicles, a light-coloured four-door sedan, and a dark four-door truck.
