Armed Raid at Old Trafford Flats, Two Charged

Back on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, Specialist teams, including forensics and tactical units, carried out searches at the Dean Court property with the heavy presence of police cars and officers blocking entrances for several days. Local residents were stunned by the scale of the operation, describing how eight to ten police vehicles lie in the streets and armed officers patrolled. The area from Saturday onward, two men from Dean Court now face charges, Mohamed Mansour, born April 30th, 1995, and a Dale Tayahi, born June 15th, 1975, both accused of possessing a firearm. Their incustity awaiting their next court date and Manchester Mentional Street Court on Friday, April 3rd, as the tech does continue their work on the case.
