Griffiths said everyone was shocked, cops included, as they carefully checked and hauled it away. Turns out it got misplaced by on-duty officers protecting Khan just minutes earlier. Now the meds kicking off a full review through their directorate of professional standards, with five officers pulled from frontline duties to sort.
