Ariana Madix Clarifies House Status, New Projects

She told reporters at the 37th annual GLAD Media Awards on March 5th that the house is not on the market yet. This comes after Sandoval said on a recent show that it would be listed soon and that she had already moved out her clothes. The couple bought the five-bedroom property back in 2019 for $2 million after dating for six years. Their breakup made headlines in March 2023, leading Maddox to file for Partition Sale in January 2024. They reached a settlement this past January, but it's conditional on completing certain terms within 30 days. Sandoval shared the update with host Andy Cohen, who seemed surprised and asked for confirmation. Meanwhile, Maddox has been busy with new projects, taking over as host of Love Island USA for Season 6, which premiered in June 2024. The settlement dismissal depends on those specified conditions being met satisfactorily.
