Are You Walking the Talk? - Thoughts from Kevin

When you're training leaders, here's a question worth asking yourself: are your people watching you do the things you're asking them to do?

In this episode, I talk about why it's not whether someone attended a training that matters. It's whether they're taking action on it. And if you want your people to actually change their behavior, there are two questions you have to answer honestly: do they know what's expected, and are you modeling it yourself?

Words and knowledge matter. But behavior matters more.
