Before I even got released, I was like, man, I went to the Super Bowl. I saw the atmosphere. I saw the feeling and I just want to win. I want to make sure I win. End of game release, free agency came, and I feel like this put me in the best position to do that. That is Keaton Mitchell, signing with the Los Angeles Chargers, and he's excited. No, that is Bradley Chubb. Sorry. Hey, it was a free agent idea of the day a few days ago. Keaton Mitchell. You know what? I'll just warn you, I'm going to be so into the Chargers this year, I think, as an investor. All right. Well, let me scratch them off the list of teams I need to worry about in the season, because I'm, you know, backing, I mean, I don't know, the jet, it's the jet thing. Listen, it's the jet thing. Not all teams are the jets, so. I think I'll take the overrun both.

3:29What is the jet number? I don't know, probably five and a half. I think Miami's was lower when it came out, four and a half. Miami and Arizona were the lowest at four and a half. The jets couldn't have been much higher, but they were a little, at least a game higher. That had to be, that has to be the number. There's no way they're more than right. Why would they be higher than that? But the Chargers, sorry, I mean to, no, yeah, I like everything. I think I get it. McDaniel calling plays, the players they've got there. 6:33I mean, they were as meek as meek and bee going out into England, just like, oh, rip my belly. But the tackles being bit, so despite missing Slater and Alt, two great tackles, really almost all year, right? Slater got hurt in the summer, Alt got hurt early, came back, got hurt again, and that was that. So ostensibly they didn't have either guy for almost the whole year, and they still had a decent year. So yeah, I think they'll probably be good. I'm kidding about, like scratch them off the list of contenders. Well, what's funny about that, or to be transparent, there's no way they would have been on your list, because they're the chargers and they're never a team who would write down. I think if they get one more good receiver, here we go again. If they get one more good receiver, they are super live to win the whole thing.

7:35I respect Sam Monson, a great deal. I never thought of Justin Herbert as deserving of the MVP award. Sam did, and I respect him, and I'm sure, I mean, I've heard the argument, I'm sure it has merit. When I'm on ADP chasing, and the guys make fun of that vote, I always took up for Sam, because there aren't many guys I'd defer to more readily than him, when it comes to this stuff. So, I'll buy the Justin Herbert, was awesome with these disadvantages, relative disadvantages last year. I mean, running back, it's going to be Hampton, but Mitchell is nice, and that's decent money. Like, if they use him as a compliment, Thunder Lightning, kind of a duo there, Mitchell and Hampton. What happens to Nausea here? Was that only a one-year deal? Yeah, out there for him. Okay, so he's free to go somewhere else. I haven't heard his name one time. Neither. No, I don't know anything about him. I did no idea what was going to happen to him. Okay, anyway.

8:35And receiver, they're McConkey, who unfortunately the bills didn't draft. Quentin Johnston, do I would not say the same about, but he had his moments last year, it wasn't real consistent. I think they need a bona fide. Yeah, I'm not sure if that's Keenan Allen again. This was tight end, they traded, or they signed the Ravens guy, Kolar blocking tight end, but he also, what did Davis tell me on Tuesday night? Because I had remembered the name Charlie Kolar as somebody that I thought was interesting as a receiving tight end. And I think Davis said, is he Iowa State? He led Iowa State in receiving when they had NFL players at receiver. This is a few years ago. But anyway, it's Gadsden first at tight end. He was pretty good as a rookie from Syracuse. Yeah, really interesting skill set there. Trade Harris. The guy moves really well. Right. Trade Harris second round pick last year. One more AJ Brown.

9:35Trade Harris, right? Ole Miss. I don't know. Maybe. Where's Trade? Yeah, thank you, Ty. AJ Brown for your one. Yeah. Boom. Chargers or chiefs? Johnston, this is third year now. This was his third year. Because rookie year was kind of a bus. Second year was like, oh, no, there's actually a good player in there. And this year was what, maybe a mix of the two kind of. Last year was not a step back. Okay. I would say. But not a step forward either. It was all right. Like he isn't being made fun of anymore. Okay. Johnston. But he wasn't like reliable every week. Okay. I think it was week one against Kansas City in Brazil. Where he maybe popped. Like, okay, this is going to be a thing. Maybe. Either way, if they got to AJ Brown. And I still think someone will do. I think he gets moved. Yeah, I do too. I just don't think you can ignore it seems, I mean,

10:36from out here, right? Which can be hard. Challenging to really know what's going on. It seems like both parties want the divorce. It feels like, and there's been more, it's been more public, I guess. I don't know because they were one of the Super Bowl two years ago or whatever it is. He's made a spectacle of himself, you know, the book on the sideline. And like every, every few weeks, there's like some, something he says or does that is, you know, he makes a spectacle during the week and then drops passes in the first quarter of the next game. Like, oh, this is always stuff with him. But it seems to me, like I would genuinely accept from both sides, they both want out. Brown wants to go somewhere else and the Eagles want to be done with that ache. And if that's your walking off point, like if I'm right about that, then it's just a ticking, the clock is ticking. So someone's going to jump on it. Maybe Philadelphia eventually, right? They go into free ages, oh, we want a one. We want a one. We want a one. We want a one.

11:37Nothing happens. Nothing happens. We still want a one. We still want a one. Teams are still calling. We want a one. We want a one. He gets moved for a three and a whatever. Like it just three to five. Maybe a two. I don't know. I just think eventually the price will come down because both parties want a divorce. And so somebody will meet the price eventually or really what it is. Is Philadelphia's ask will come down to meet the price of somebody who's interested in doing it. But just doesn't want to pay, you know, a first round pick because we all know you want to separate. So why am I going to pay a premium? It's a little bit like the conversation you probably had last Thursday about DJ Moore, right? We all I wrote out here recognizes that the bears probably want to divest themselves of a $28 million receiver because they've got young guys and they've got other guys they want to pay. And it's not so much that more isn't good anymore. It's just I don't need to be in the business of paying you this money

12:38as we've got other guys that can do it for cheaper and will maybe pay somebody else who's younger and that's just the way the world works. It's football, right? So then why if that's where it's headed and the player would have every reason the world want to go somewhere else where he's going to get targets and maybe get a chance at one more contract or even enhance his current contract or whatever, then why am I paying the premium? Why am I paying sticker for something I know you can't wait to get off the lot. Exactly. That's what I think happened. I think that's a totally fair assessment of what happened with the bills in the in the bears. I'd say the same thing about any team that would have given up a first round pit for AJ Brown right now. Sure, you want him. You want to win the sweepstakes but it's clear no one's meeting that price. So wait until it's in the scratch and dentile and then make your move. Well, that's the problem though. You don't know if that's going to happen. Like the team could withdraw or somebody else could make the deal, right?

13:39I mean, it's always like the poker getting to the point of saying this all the time about DJ Moore. Like I thought the price was almost ridiculous that the bills paid for him. But like Sal said at the time, the one thing that they can know if they're going to say yes to that price is that he's ours. Right. And if you want to play poker with the Eagles, you might lose. You might not get the player and we've watched these bills teams fall short every year kind of thinking that they needed maybe one other one more time to say yes to somebody. Who knows what was out there, whether that was Waddle, potentially, or someone else. It's tough. You can't really bang on bean for both things. I mean, I think it's a dramatic overpay for DJ Moore. But how do I know that the Falcons wouldn't have made the same deal? Right. Right. Like so. And that's somewhat a function of what the bears tell the bills. Like we have another, someone else. If you don't want to do this,

14:39like that's kind of how the game is played, isn't it? Well, I don't know. I mean, I do think AJ Brown is probably moved. And if you want him bad enough, there goes your first, I guess. I mean, the Eagles did that for AJ Brown themselves and won a championship and went to two super balls. Like, was that, do they regret it? I don't think they should. I don't think they do. He was much younger than now. And that's, that's a different, it's a different deal now. But yeah, LA Kansas City Denver is going to be really good to track this off season. Kansas City will always have it's, you know, it's fans. Denver went to the AFC championship game. Maybe goes farther if their quarterback doesn't get hurt. Chargers, I think, have the best roster, I want to say. I don't know if I can really tell you, can really back that up. But I like them. 803-050 Sabers and Capitals
