The TSA says most of its officers received most of their back pay for working during
the shutdown.
At a briefing, White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt says, airport travel delays will
be easing.

The Democrats created this mess.
They are the reason for long lines at airports and tens of thousands of employees going without
pay.
Once again, President Trump is cleaning up their mess because he cares more about the American
people than destructive petty partisan politics.
U.S. President Donald Trump has indicated in an interview with the Financial Times that
he wanted to take Iran's oil and suggested American troops could seize the country's
export hub.
A.P.'s John Gamber reports.
All this comes as Iran maintains its chokehold on the Strait of Hormuz, the narrow mouth of
the Persian Gulf, through which about 20% of the world's oil and natural gas passes
in peacetime.
Now, though, only a few ships a day are going through and those must have Iran's
permission.
