Now immigration officials have detained and arrested Rumeysa Ozturk in Somerville, Massachusetts, a Turkish graduate student at Tufts University with a valid student visa. Ozturk has been forcibly transported to detention in Louisiana. Vincent Warren is Executive Director at the Center for Constitutional Rights, and he joins Christiane from New York.
