After Eddie Hamon says, strong sales weren't the problem, the aging facility just needed too much upkeep to keep going. Hamon first met Andredi back in 1996, sparking the idea that grew into a national chain of Andredi carting in game spots and places, like Orlando and San Antonio. The company honors Andredi, who passed from colon cancer in 2020, by funding colonoscopies for those in need. Now, the 16.7 acre site will turn into a 300 plus unit apartment complex with three story buildings for local students and workers. Builders aim to start construction on May 1st and wrap up by March of 2028.
