The Indianapolis Colts locked in one of their top young stars by signing wide receiver Alec Pierce to a new 4-year contract worth $100, $16 million. The deal includes $84 million fully guaranteed and $60 million at signing, making Pierce the highest paid free agent, receiver in NFL history. Other teams like the New England Patriots, Las Vegas Raiders, Los Angeles Chargers, and San Francisco 49ers showed strong interest, but Pierce chose to stay with the Colts, the only team he's known since being drafted in the second round back in 2022.
