The Alabama Community College System and the Alabama Automotive Manufacturers Association are offering a $4,000 scholarship to help. Cover tuition, books, and fees. This partnership has been going strong, providing financial support for students diving into key manufacturing programs. It targets those planning to enroll in summer, or fall 2026 semesters. To qualify, applicants need at least a 2.5 grade point average. The scholarships aim to build a skilled workforce for Alabama's growing auto industry, which employ thousands across the state. Eligible programs include mechatronics, advanced manufacturing technology, industrial maintenance, automotive service, machining, robotic welding, and engineering technology.
