He targeted two victims in the Grove area just days apart earlier this year. On January 21, Arab followed a woman in her late 20s from Cane Lane to Main Street and assaulted her. Six days later, he approached a teenage girl on Grove Road while riding a bike, assaulted her after a short talk, then took her behind Mabley Way to. Rayber.
