For the first of this miniseries of micro-Interviews it's only right I be joined by the first ever guest of ADHD AF, The one and only: Dr James Brown of The ADHD Adults Podcast and ADHDadultUK Charity.
In just ten minutes the LEGENDARY James takes us back to basics (bitches) serving INDISPUTABLE ADHD FACTS to fill in the gaps in our own knowledge, to share with any family, friends, partners, employers, coworkers, etc who need educating about ADHD,  and/or - to quote James, 'shove up the a$$ of Dominic Lawson!'
