Outreach teams linked up with 30 folks last month, getting 20 into shelters, rentals or back with family. Police hung around and playing clothes just to keep the peace. Numbers at the site swung wild, peaking at 57 people in April 2025, down from 30 on March 2nd to 13 by April. Second with 22 vehicles.
