I saw it on your face when you walked in the room. I just read this story and I put it right on Twitter. And I'm an animal guy. All kinds of animals, cats, dogs, birds. I don't care what it is. And this moron, I saw this.

2:2533 year old moron from Ontario, Canada, Mitchell Fairborn. Let's get that out there. We got his name. Well, all the media sources have it out there. But I wouldn't care if I was the first person to put it out there. I'm not a rat guy. I hate rats. The people around him are a little BS. But this guy deserves to suffer in life. And so he gets drunk. Him and his buddy take off their shirts and run around the hotel and get drunk. They decide to go into the flamingo enclosure at the world famous flamingo enclosure at the flamingo and terrorize the birds, trample a couple of birds. They captured one. He got away. They grabbed another one, took the bird up to his room, pulled his wing off, tortured the thing. It could be screened. It could be heard screaming from other guests. He deserves to go through the same torture and worse, to be honest with you. I just put it up on my Twitter. Las Vegas locally put it up. All the, there's a girl, the big girl that we follow each other, I should know.

3:27But she's the original one I've seen it from. And thank you to her for putting it out there. She's a big influencer in town here. Yeah. This is absolutely brutal. There's no real. The first response here said the right thing. Yes. Don't stop sharing and pushing until this piece of trash can can't find a job or leave a moment of a peaceful life. That's, that's at minimum, at minimum. I am F and hot about this. Yeah. I really am. I imagine that like that's, I know we're a sports network and a gambling. I don't care. There's, there's no room for this. And you know, it's, it's these any kids and even though he's 33, it's a kid to me. We, we got to believe that we lived in the, in the peak of this country. We have great things and we, and we've seen great thing, refrigeration, air conditioning. Things that are ancestors. My dad was from the country. I told you we take it for granted. They had an outhouse. My dad and dad's like, you don't know. We have in the middle of Ohio and West Virginia. We had a lot of time like that. You know, clean water, electricity.

4:27We've had such great things, amazing lives. And I just tell you, the older I get, I've said this before, the smarter my parents get. Oh, I say that all. Especially my dad. My dad. Smarter every day. My dad is, was so smart. You know, it's just such a hands on guy, but so smart. American history major. It's just a, I swear, all those things that I would say, Dad, that's so boring to me. But now everything that I hear as I get older and that's what it is. You have good parents, good stock. Obviously this guy comes from some broken house, something or he's just a drunken idiot that watches the hangover. Which I love the hangover, but it's a, it's a movie. It's a joke. I mean, for all the reason why I say that. For all as good as our conveniences have and our social media has hurt probably more than it's benefited. Now I'm not usually like, like, what's the big one that the guy owns the Facebook Facebook? I'm not a Facebook guy. Facebook to connect families and stuff.

5:28But for all the social media stuff, you know, it's hurt too. Because you see everyone's fake life and you wish that you could be them certain people or just act out scenes or whatever it may be. And I just think about this guy. He filmed stuff. The reason why this idiot got caught was because he filmed stuff on social media. I mean, he's filming pictures of himself and then they looked in the with them. Of course, then he tried to do a BS lie and tell, I'm from the country. I was trying to help the thing. Come on, pal. They got you on video on the hallways and they said your own social media. But I mean, you're 30s free here. I mean, you know, come on. You got no chance. If you're doing this at 33, what chance do you have in life? You're, you're, you're, you know, I am just hot about it. I know it's not. It's what's the, what's the wish? Neveline human human beings. Worst invention ever. Oh God. It just happened that happened 10 minutes ago. So I did come in here. How you probably did see it on my face. I did. Yeah.

6:28It's incredible. I don't even know what the word is to describe a person like that. The lack of give a, you know what in that person's brain about anything around him. Right. Like it's his world to mess around with. Damn. Be the, you know, damn be the cons. The consequences be damned. And it's just, it's an incredible, come into a tent. By the way, I, you also know that about Vegas too. Right. There is this, there is this strain among visitors to Vegas. Certain visitors. Not all. But there's a strain among certain visitors. I remember there was a guy who I moved in next door. To me over at where we used to live or I lived currently right in the middle of strip. And he thought, and I never complained, but everybody else did, he thought he could play music at the highest volume into the wee hours of the night because it's Vegas. He lived in an apartment building in Vegas. But Vegas in his mind is this place where you can behave however you want without consequence.

7:31And somebody had to tell him, dude, you know, people live here and have jobs in the morning. Car building? Yes. Yes. I got to be blunt. Yeah. You know, I've lived there for years. I lived in both towers. And you know, they're, they're, these kids that live in these luxury towers. I've lived in many of them, by the way. They just think that they're it. They're the center of attention. They don't care about anything else. They're a lot of them are trust fund kids. You see the cars they get in and stuff. And you know, like, it's like being in Miami. I think Miami and Las Vegas draws parallels to me. Miami, you know, these 25 year old kids driving, you know, $400,000. You have that in some of these buildings. But like this particular guy, this is a residential building didn't get it. What could he be thinking? He'll tell you. It's exactly what he said. What I said. He just views the town as a place to come from from elsewhere to crap on in every way. Literally and figuratively. I know about literally. Yeah. That's what I'm saying. It's a people. There is a certain group of people that view Vegas that way.

8:32Yeah. And this guy with the fluingo clearly was that on steroids. Terrible. Terrible human. What kind of a human? I just don't know how you can even be raised. God. It's terrible. Terrible. Be deserved. Mondays is court date here in Vegas. One thing and one thing that's good. I can't believe it. It's quick. It's this town. Sometimes get. No, they really don't push along with these things. Pulled his passport. So he couldn't go back to Canada. Wow. And where he's at right now. Wow. Mitchell Fairborne. It's his name. And I went out. The guy I had on my show. Nifty Vickerson. I've had him on my show multiple times. You say nifty. Vickerson. Nifty. If Nifty was his dad was David Vickerson. The head of entertainment. He's his palace back in the 60s. And early 70s. Even. And his nifty on his birth certificate. That's his nickname. That's as the Tom Jones gave him that. I love it. Nifty. We also had a question from somebody, and I'm trying to find it right now for you that had to do with they got their slot. So they had a slot machine ticket. I hope I can find the exact wording on this now. But he had a slot machine ticket. He walked away from it.

17:44And it got stolen. And he was wondering, I wish I could get these acts of circumstances on this. So in other words, he he cashed out of a slot machine. This happens a lot when someone hits a jackpot. Yeah. Someone hits a jackpot. They get a hand pay. And they say, all right, I'm going to leave this machine. They just think, well, I'm not going to leave this machine. They just hit it. It's not going to hit again. And they forget the cash out there remaining credits. So that happens a lot. Someone comes by takes it. And depending on the casino, some casinos are absolutely terrible at the way they handle security and surveillance for the customers. Others are a little more proactive. They stole the chips. And the casinos said, well, they're not our chips. They're not our chips. Yeah. We can't do anything. I mean, even though they could have easily worked with area and the wind to say, hey, this is the guy's photo. This is what he did. I'm sure the guy just sold it to a poker player, you know, where it would be, you know, masked many times through other people in the poker world. But it doesn't matter. They don't like this particular guy. He probably went to security and he didn't. They just said, it's, we can't, they can't do anything. But other casinos, you know, want to throw you out and trespass you for cashing in a ticket. That's not yours, which, you know, you shouldn't be stealing people's tickets. Now, that's a ticket that was in a machine. It sounds like that he just left

19:47the voucher behind. Yeah. You know, it's a shame that just shame. It didn't go to the, it's a shame that casino there. It wasn't helpful. He should throw him on the bus. That's a lot of money to do that. But if it makes her happy, I'm actually going to do it. You know, I should never, you never put a price on a good time. I always say that. But I just thought about that. I said, you know, I should just go and just suck it up and just go because it's a once in a lifetime. They just sent out six more shows yesterday. So not as 14 shows. And it's a once in a lifetime in this fear to see something like that. I just have to get some good ear plugs. What about the, I brought up earlier, my buddies in DC for over so many years. I mean, they're in the fifties at this point, right? But for years and years and years, decades now, they've been coming in town for March madness. Not every year and anymore. But, you know, we used to every year, some weekends, it was, and I think this reflects most people around the country when Vegas was the place to be,

21:55right? Where it's most people came in the first weekend of March madness. Then sometimes you want it to be less, you know, more chill. You came in the second weekend. Anyway, you know, they're like, Hey, you know, what about seats? Vegas has changed, right? Everything is super pricey in a way that it's never been. Do you feel like this is a good long term move for Vegas that now with sports betting available everywhere? And yes, Vegas is different. Vegas is still destination for place like March madness where it's still pool season, right? Or it's already pool season. I think people still like the allure of Vegas this time of year, but this can't be a great long term strategy yesterday. I put the tweet up yesterday. I know you didn't even read it. I know it. Well, I'm no, but you're saying it though. It's funny. I said, person said, you're saying, if I come to March madness and bet 10,000 worth of action, I have to pay for a seat and watch game. Just said, it means very little what you bet at some places, the seats sell out early. And this is a business in itself, 10,000 worth of action on March madness won't get you a drink ticket at some places. It's amazing. It won't. So seats, they have sold, I'm sure they're sold out

23:00here too, but I was over at the Westgate where I fill my pockets sold out can't get a seat. There's a Friday Saturday. And I'm sure it's the same thing here. People pay for their seats. So they'll pay $300 for the for the chair. And for 300, they get 150 in alcohol. So you are paying alcohol or food. So you are paying $150 for that seat for the day. Now I'm of the old school. You're walking and you, you know, when I used to come out here in the 90s, I would fly in on Tuesday and, you know, be with my guys. It was a great time to come to Vegas. We used to Thursday morning, early in the morning, used to put our newspapers on the chair, with a little sign from the back of one of the, you know, the sports things and just have put taken put down a chair, procure your seat for the day. You're going to have it all day long. As long as you get to the seat first, I tell my story at the hard rock. We rehab. We was the, you know, the first of the pool parties. I'd be, you know, I was the only one not drinking at night. I'd be the first person down there. Towels on four lounge chairs. Those receipts for the rest of the

24:02day. This was, you know, this is like what, 2011. Right. Right. Can you, I mean, ridiculous at this point. You really, you can put your towel down. You think that's your seat for the day. You're going to pay out the, you know what? It's amazing how it's changed. But that's what I'm saying. It's a business. It's everywhere too. I mean, he just puts in bleachers. They put in bleachers for like, you know, they charge you to sit on the bleachers and back of the, just to see a screen from a 275 feet away. See, March madness. I think they'll get away with this for years because it's still the, the weather's warmer. At least, well, I would say this for the last eight, nine years is actually not been warmer. It's not been pool weather. This year, we might get pool weather. Right. So it's still a destination because I think most of the country is still falling out. Right. Super ball is where you, I think they feel it. Like you, they can't push too hard on the Subaru. People can be like, I might go in there. Yeah. No, it happened this year. Yeah. And you can get rooms. Superbowl compared to March madness is a total different throughout this year. Superbowl, you could have got rooms for $89, $89. This year, forget it. Yeah, for sure. I mean, this year,

25:03this year for March madness, you can't get a room. Yeah. I couldn't get a room myself at Westgate for Thursday night. I was trying to get rooms for Tuesday. Wednesday. Thursday sold out. So, um, he, he comes to dinner and, uh, he had an incident recently. Uh, he had a scare. He said, he's okay, but he has a scare. He said, he's around 70 something. Now he has a little bit of a scare. And, um, uh, he leads a baseball fan with a baseball game and, and he, uh, he literally, uh, he, he's fine, though, but he did have a little bit of a scare. And he, he said, Bill, you know, my dad was so close to Frank. He said, he went over the world. But I'm was everywhere. And, you know, and Nifty was with them guys too. He said, I have no kids. I have no family. He said, this, this, I got some stuff for you. Some stuff on that. So he, he literally gave me. There is, um, one of the lighters that Frank had from Frank used. Pretty cool. Wow. From the lighters said, yeah. One of the lighters, listen, this stuff's been in my garage for years. And a money clip that Frank had with his name on it. Um, a money clip. I just

30:22thought it was so. So not to actually use that. Yeah. Yeah. I thought it was so cool. And, uh, I could see Frank using the lighter, of course. Yes. And, um, but yeah. And, uh, I just thought it was so cool. He gave me seven different things. Seven. These are the two I really liked because I know, this is spectacular, right? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. He's like, I have no family. I have no one, uh, you know, and I said to him, I said, yeah, this, these will be on, you know, all these on ebay of a midnight. Yeah. You know, I'm, I'm always joking around. And, uh, no, but, uh, if I only knew how to work this ebay thing, I'll have a little way with it. How cool, though, right? Yeah. That is super cool. And just the way what nice containers. Yeah. You could see the content. By the way, you could see these containers are 50 years old, just looking at them, looking at the other color and that it's so, it's so nicely done like with such care. Like, you know, amazing. Yeah. 31:26follows me. Frank's daughter. So I, I, I follow her. And, and I sent her something on the Super Bowl for her dad a couple of years ago, she responded. Um, so, uh, I sent her Nifty Gami, uh, an apple. It's a real heavy paperweight apple. And if you remember, we used to have paperweight years ago. And in his, in his apartment in New York, Frank had a place in New York, Bel Air, Palm Springs. Uh, but they always went back to New York because a lot of us touring would, would, would be in the area. So, uh, the apple was used. There was two of them used for Frank's male was in the middle of the two apples. And, you know, male was a big thing back then. It wasn't social media. There wasn't, you know, we're, you know, we're in cell phones. So, you know, he'd come back and always mailing stuff in between. I got, I have one of the apples, one of the, the, it's up in my office. I use it almost every show in the background. So cool. It's a really cool stuff. Isn't it? Like, it's a big deal to me because I grew up with, with like Sinatra, Dean Martin, music, my, my mom. You know what I mean? Uh, that they, we always had that on the background. And as a kid, it's a little kid. I didn't appreciate it.

32:28As I got older, I really became a Frank fan. And, um, I'm sure there's a lot of people. Listen to that. It's the coolest thing ever that you have all that stuff. So cool that I got home like a little kid. My wife said, and then showed it to her. I was like, look at this. Do you believe this was Sinatra? Yeah. You know, and the other things were, uh, there was a coin, a real heavy coin that they gave him, uh, welcoming, welcoming back after his, uh, retirement, was he retired, came back. It was a real heavy, heavy coin that Caesar's palace made form. Yeah. Like the stuff that he could have sold on eBay or wherever I made a lot of money on a serious note. Yeah. He could have made a lot of money and he gave this to me. And I thank you to Willie Rizzo. Where did Sinatra live most of the time that he was in Vegas? Well, he, when he was in Vegas, he just went home, took the plane back to Palm Springs. Yeah, I had a woman Palm Springs. What's the place right here off? But he stayed in Caesar's like, like 50 tell all the sweets he stayed in. What's the place on a harming here? Like a block off the strip with that apartment building where a lot of people lived. I thought it was Dean Martin maybe

33:30lived in there. Oh, I don't know. Sammy Davis or something. Okay. All I could tell you is this, um, at Maria Antoinette, which is in that back. Wow. It's not funny. That's the one that is Maria Antoinette. I only know because I had units. I have my studio there. Okay. So I'm Maria Antoinette, uh, which is a, it's right next to Topgolf. Right. So in there, there's like eight tennis courts in the back. Oh, really? I look into this little bit. I was like, wait, I'm in eight tennis courts. I realize this place goes back 60 years. But it's no one knows it. It's a 10 story high rise right next to Topgolf. Um, trying to think of the people. There's old many different celebrities had units in there had places in there. And, um, Diana Ross had one, Sammy had one for a while. A lot of mobsters have one. Frank Kalada had the top floor. Gianni Russo who played Carlo and the godfather had a couple. He talks about this had a couple of units in there. Just a great high rise. You understand? High rises weren't the big thing back then in the 70s. So you had the one at, uh, the desert and country club there. The, you know, you had,

34:30you had that when, um, Las Vegas country comes as a high rise there. We're like lefty rose and they'll had his ass there. That's exactly right. You know, all the mobsters lived in, in, in there. But Frank Kalada talks about Maria Antoin on a lot on his shows and so does, um, Gianni Russo. But Dean Martin himself used to have his roast at the old MGM, which is now Horseshoe. I think it's called Horseshoe now. That's where those roast used to be always and that used to be MGM. But before we knew that, it was, it was Horseshoe. It was, um, it was MGM, the original MGM. And then it was Bally's and now it's the Horseshoe. Um, so now that, that's where those, that's where all of us were filmed. No idea. So think about the celebrities that were in that building. Yeah. And in that building used to go through that building up where the world series of poker is held now. The roast was held over that area. The red background. Yeah. That's all I remember. Yeah. All those celebrities that came through that building. Everybody was smoking. Well, everyone was smoking. Yeah. The reason I know I was talking to the building manager and history. They found photos. Hey, if you go to the Maria Antoinette today, it's a residential building. So, uh, on the walls are the old photos of the back. Really cool that they actually, I think I'm instrumental in making them put these things on. So you kidding me? This place was a legendary place. You know, um, all these different play, all these different people that lived here. And uh, Dean was there many times. Dean, Dean weren't many times how low is the fence? But the fourth and one Riggins 44 yard run is the iconic play in redskins history. And he's the most beloved athlete in Washington DC history. And he was auctioning it off. And I was $100,000 was a little bit. And I said, if I had $100,000 to just blow on anything, that jersey would be it. It's the most coveted memorabilia item in the history of DC sports. It went for 470,000. Wow. Yeah. And I like what you said, you know, like Riggins, what's he going to give it to his kids? His kids are going to give it to their kids. And you know, 100 years from now, they'll say,

40:43couldn't believe you, you called that one. You were like, yeah, I was like that time you had the guy on from entourage. Yeah, Jeremy Piven. Jeremy Piven was once on a numbers game with him. That was my go to show. My feel good show. There were only like 26 minute episodes, but you always felt good at the end of one of those shows. It was the laugh you wanted to get to. I'm not really into comedies. I'm not so sure it was only just a comedy either show. But it was my go to show what was entourage show. A couple, you know, sopranos entourage. And so you had Jeremy Piven on and I'm like, wow, I didn't know you had. And why he was a sports guy. I know he's from Chicago. I don't even remember. I don't remember. I just remember somebody say, hey, you want Jeremy Piven on. I'm like, hell yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. He was in studio with me. Yeah. Unbelievable. Uh, this is Jim Devitt on Twitter. Bill is amazing. I feel I have a responsibility to be nice to you to and comment and take my time because that's who my father taught me to be. So, um, you know, Mr. Perman. Uh, anyway, no, he listened. The guy legitimately is on everything. He's been on so many different locker, um, locker rooms with the football teams and stuff. So, um, I got to give him a little bit of a pass. Well, no, you know, before we go off air here. So last week, I told that, um, that story about the 19 and a half million and, uh, unbelievably, it got back to the person who told me this story. No big deal. He wasn't upset. He's just like, you know, Billy is 84. He's like, uh, the way you said it made it sound hard to believe. I said, what do you mean? He said, well, the 19 and a half million, yes, the kids came to me and they

42:52said they had 19 and a half million in cash, but he didn't get that all from robbing banks. He got that and there were older bills. He got that because he was financing, uh, drug operations also. He wasn't selling the drugs distinction. He was just financing drug. I said, oh, real, I didn't know. I thought you said he was a bank. Yes, he was a career bank robber from the 50s 60s 70s 80s. He was a career bank robber. Absolutely. Is that supposed to make it more believable? Well, I guess that, I guess because how do you steal and have 19 and a half million now that it's financing drug operations? Yeah, but, but because there was one of the idiots said something on that that watches the show, but yet things I tell tell tales. Oh, that's right. Somebody showed you that, but I don't have to prove nothing to him either. It's amazing how they watch every moment and everything you say, but they don't like you. The people that hate you the most hang on everywhere. Yeah, it consumes their life. So wait, so let's recap the story. So there was a, there was a couple kids whose parents had died or his dad had died. They had 19 and a half.

43:53And what was it again? So here, here, my friend was in jail. Yeah, with this person that was in jail and they were in like one of these places I told you, we're hitting golf balls in the ocean. They were wherever a long poke is. It's somewhere I think in northern California, somewhere in California. And he'd be friend that I've got to be his best friend. And this person, he owned the, told you he owned, he was partners in the casino in town here. He was, you know, many, many big famous restaurants. He has money. So he told me this story. He told me lots of stories, but this was one of them. And this one was where the kids, when he died, he died. He was, he was older than my friend. And he died. And the kids said, you know, you were his best friend. I mean, we need advice. Both kids are lawyers. And they had 19 and a half million dollars in cash. Cash. And you know, oh, you know what? They didn't know what to do with. They wanted to turn it to the government. I wanted to turn the money into the government. They wanted to know what,

44:55you know, how he could do it. How, how he thought they should do it. So when Fez heard this story, I thought Fez's answer was, when Fez text me, I thought it was a really good text. He's like, that is so, you know, so stupid. How can they not, how selfish they turned that money in? If they felt that guilty, why not just find some single parents with special need children 100% and just to help take care of them with that cash. And it's the same thing with these Dumbo bookies and drug dealers and criminals. They make 10 million dollars. They just can't handle it. They got to go and blow it like you're a tiny guy. Yeah, they're a tiny bookmaker. He blew all that money at resorts, at least blowing on. I don't want to say what. You know what? Steve, Steve Fezick with moments of sense of sensibility like that. He's right. Yeah. By the way, Kelly showed me this thing. This is nothing to do with this. But Steve Fezick also had to answer this. Kelly showed me this picture. He can't believe it was at the end, Kelly, where they have these, you know, everybody has an Uber app, right? At the end, they have kiosks, kiosks, Uber kiosks. Right. And so Kelly was, was asking very understandably,

45:59he's like, now who in the hell would use an Uber kiosk? Like what's the life circumstance that he's and Steve Fezick very sensibly goes, he goes, oh, if your phone dies. Right. Oh, I guess you're right about that. His last text is, and not to mention, these people blow it in a highly public area, basically in a desperate plea to say, hey, guys, come arrest me. Like, it's amazing how you're right. Just instantly come, it's hard to be book smart and street smart. You can't put those answers so quick. So I find that, and then in the end, what did they do? They turn, they gave it to the government and they didn't get a dollar back. Oh, I beg. They expected to get some of the money back. What are you doing? Clean. Let's call it that. Is that the right word? They expect to get some of the money back. They didn't get a dollar back. I mean, what's, what's, now listen, it's not today where currency is a taboo thing to have. That's right. You heard me right. You can't pay for a coffee over a resort's world with cash. So it's not like today. This was back in the 90s. How can you take

You know, they just, people that will listen to this show, of course, they're all going to say, I would never do that. But that's because you're more astute.
