4:12Former Minnesota Wild Gold Gender and Analyst for Radio and TV, the great Alex Staylock joins us at the Minnesota Wild Morning Skate. Philadelphia Flyers, Philadelphia Flyers, the bill affair of this evening. Now, you know, certainly not getting you to confirm or deny anything, generally speaking. I've been doing boxing the box radio show since like 2008. And generally if you're like one of the last three, four or five out here, that means you're probably dicey to play this evening. And meanwhile Minnetonka's Bobby Brink with his former team in town tonight, he's out there. I know he got nicked up the other night. But I find it as good news if only for one game. Would you like to know why? Well, one of those five or six is Mark Andre Flurry, too. And I doubt he's going to play it an idea there, but he's taken some shots from him. Yeah. It looks like a few of the scratches. So cool. So cool. That's flour. Are you kidding me? I had no idea. You've been doing it since so late. He was like 10 years into his career.

5:12Yeah. Well, he was putting a ton of work in during the break, too, right? Yeah. Like, he was the guy if you're hanging back and you're training, you were shooting on Flurry? Yeah. This is so good for the wild group, too. Yeah. I don't have a goalie in the net because a lot of these times, both goalies might get off and these guys just get forced into doing something. Well, at least they get the work out of stuff. But back to the brink thing. Yeah. Yeah. You saw the ugly incident that happened the other night. Yeah. He went into the boards. Yeah. Ugly in his first game back or not back, but playing in a wild sweater and cranks, you know, and the kid came back, you know, and you don't know what's going on with him. But obviously it was an ugly collision in the ball. And yeah, to be out here still skating. And it looks like it's more of a big skate, a conditioning skate that unfortunately he might not be able to go tonight against his ex team and an opportunity to go against him this quick. It's just unfortunate. But this time of year, it means to that they're looking for what he's going to do into playoffs and not help. Yeah. And if he's a little dinged up, why not rest now? Yeah. I mean, why I said that this is not the worst game for him to miss. You know, it's not saying it's good news.

6:12But you know, at least the organization of the general manager don't have to worry about him being out in the, by the hockey lodge, sweat and tickets for like 150 people, things. Well, that was Billy's also made a point of that, right? Immediately on that first media scrum upon, you know, Billy's playing past right now. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, not playing fast with what he's put together yet that he's playing fast there. He was just on. I didn't miss it. I didn't get to a fantastic. Okay. Well, yeah, he made fun of Barrairo. Really? Don Barrio, who opens for the fabulous sports, babe. That's good. That was high end. Yeah. No, he's been on fire everywhere. That's your every decision he's made this year is incredible. Yeah. No, but yeah, the first phone call when you found out by Brink was coming here is obviously this is business. This isn't a family reunion. Yeah. Understood. He's got yours in this league. He's played NHL for a couple of years now. So he understands, you know, what this leagues all about and the separation between business on the ice and the family life and the friends and they can take care of themselves.

7:15So you're going to analyze the game, assume Italy for profit with the hair apparent. Anthony LePan to this evening, you've done a lot of work with Budsy, done a lot of work with with a Joe O'Donnell calling games on KFA and invest in every expanding wild audio network. You have a preference. You like and you do San Jose Sharks radio games to sometimes you like calling games on radio or TV or doesn't matter. You know, I like both and with Budsy, you know, Budsy who say the same person as Joe O'Donnell he just mentioned. Oh, I got him mixed up with bigger Budsy, who's departing the arena right now talking to Taylor Hisey. Oh, this is this is a little budgy and he's great and our relationship goes back to like 2016 when I. Oh, yeah. Time with the wild. Oh, no, you put me on the first great Joe when when it started with Joe O'Donnell. When he was calling Iowa wild games and he would come up occasionally to fill in for Bob Kurtz and you and I be in friends as long as we have you would text me saying asking

8:20this like his office material or his desk was in an area where he could turn one way and get the player set up, turn the other way and get operation set up, turn the other way and get Bobby Brink's ticket situation, taking care and turn the other way and book our 4 AM flights in the American League of San Diego at the stop in Denver. Well, he was truly, I mean, he's got the popcorn machine running like he said everything out in candy. He's getting the soda thing stocked. He did everything down in Iowa. He did it all and now he comes up here and he bosses around his engineer up in the booth. So it's great to see that it's come full circle and no, we love our Budsy here and he's he's great. Did you make up that nickname for him? Yes, because it could be Josie. No, it was the coach they had, Torchetti, yeah, they call the everybody Bubsy or Bubs down there. So can we not call it? John Torchetti? Yeah, can we not call everybody Bubsy or Bubba? Bubba, I think it was. It was an Eastern thing. Bubba. Everything was Bubba. The elite Torchetti, Austin, accent, yeah, and Budsy can do it well and I said, let's just change it up. Can I call you Budsy then instead of Bubby or Bubsy or whatever was so that's how it

9:24started and that obviously we talked about with his open door policy or lack there up having a door in his office. It was a relationship grew and no, I just always stay in contact with him and now I obviously to get the opportunity up here doing radio calls for the wild. It's fun to see and you know he does a great job. When LaPante opens tonight on Fandall and he comes to you for the analysis of like, hey, tell us about the flyers, beat the caps last night, four to one with their backup goal tender, beaten wild five last six, including the sheer two to one overtime, six game of the season. When you get a chance to talk after Anthony talks for 90 straight seconds, would you consider saying, you know, the wilder minus 250 tonight and like, go it's first Fandall, the network's Fandall. Right. So, hey, the wilder minus 250 tonight, I think that's a little dicey, I think the wild are going to win. But Vladar has a 90 and a half saved percentage. He's 20 and 11 and they've given the wild trouble over the year.

10:28So I don't know about you Anthony, but I'm a little, I'm a little soft on giving that minus 250. How would that go tonight? I get a plus one and a half, but you know, it probably wouldn't be back on Saturday at five or so. You know, you know, you know what Anthony, that minus one and a half and even money, that looks good, looks good enough to eat. I have voices in my headset talking to me, no cut, cut, cut, no, but it's, I mean, again, it's a wild team that catches a team on the second end of a back to back. Yeah. I got an Intel for you, I'm sure you know what they, they're three and six on back to backs this year in their last three back to backs. The flyers, they've been outscored 17, seven. So they're three and six, but they've lost their last three outscored 17, seven. So I know they've had a lot of success against the wild, but back to backs with travel for them. Man, they've been a complete disaster with that for like the last two months. Yeah, it's tough and they're going to get in late and I even, I, what caught the end of that game last night and Bisonado is a TNT game and he interviewed Travis connecting

11:31me after the game. I think it was, it was Connecti's birthday. I didn't turn 29, but he mentioned what he wanted for your birthday and he said, he'd like to teleport to Minnesota. So the, he was already thinking about it, he's already thinking about the back to back. The game just got over what he's talking about, it was immediately just getting the Minnesota. It's already on their mind. They know they're rolling into a building in Grand Casino, it's so hard to play. They saw what Minnesota did at the deadline and with you saying that in this flight and maybe they celebrated his birthday in a different way on the flight. Who knows? Oh, wow. There's that too. So with everything you just said, the wild just went to minus 270, Alex Daylock, 9 to noon. I still like the plus one and a half on the puck line, but we shall see, hey, we had John Heinz on earlier and he was, he was chatting about really loving the, the idea that Carilda in the Olympic break got the chance to go home and see his family and that, you know, any, any worries, I mean, probably there, there weren't any, but the idea of how he was going to take advantage of this time off and be ready for the, for the resuming of the season. What have you seen? 97's high end, I get it, but just what have you seen from Carille since they returned from

12:33the break? A lot of guys trying to manage, sleep in such post ellipics, but for him, just kind of full speed ahead, hasn't it been? Yeah, for Carille, it's, you know, the Russian team obviously wanted to assemble a team and play and be there and he loves hockey, loves competition, he would have loved to be at the Olympics. But for the wild selfishly, for them, for General Manager Bill Garen, for Heinz, like you mentioned, to get rests for him, he plays a hard game. It's not just, he doesn't play on the perimeter and, you know, want to play an easy game every day. He plays a physical game and plays, you know, on the edge every night. And to get time off for his body to rest, you see, you know, it's paying dividends here already this part of the year. You know, when, when games are tough hard, hard games to put points away, but yeah, it's it's such a good thing for the wild for him to get rest and he's fully energized and we talked about that coming out of the Olympic break, but wild had a back-to-back right away. And it's like, you know, the one thing they could trade for right now is maybe some sleep and some, you know, a little bit of break and it seems so weird having, however many

13:34days off, a couple of weeks off and you're asking for a break already, but having eight Olympians or whatever it was. They came back and it was right to it and obviously, you know, having three U.S. members, it wasn't just the tournament, it was the celebration after and that had to be a little bit tiring as well. Yeah. They jumped right into it and there was no rest for those guys. But I do think at some point, once the standings probably kind of start to settle, if they do, obviously, Minnesota was playing for home ice. Like, are they going to challenge? Yeah. Yes, but they're obviously going to, they want home ice and that's a huge goal because there has been struggles in that building. It's a hard building to play. So if you can start obviously at home and get home ice, that's huge. But can you rest, you know, a boldly on a night? Can you rest the Eric Sinak on a night that, you know, you can get away with it in some games and you might see that here down the stretch and the same thing with the gold tenders. How much is Gus going to play down the stretch? How fresh they want him to play? So you've got 17 games. That's something that Wally's going to play, maybe seven of those 17. Yeah. And that's something that I'm sure the gold tender coach ready Shabbat's going to sit down with Gus and discuss, you know, like, ideally, if we, if everything works perfect,

14:37we stay healthy. Here's what it's going to look like. How do we want to get your own into playoffs? And over the course of time, I mean, you played in this league. So kind of understanding, managing rest over the course of the season. And that's been a bigger topic of conversation in recent years now with the four nations in the Lodeman. Lodeman. Lodemanagement. But this ain't a Lodemanagement league, Alex. No. And so have you seen anything different where this is maybe how the team would handle certain aspects of a busy week or a clumpy schedule versus even when you play kind of an evolution to it at all? Yeah. I mean, I think so on the wild put themselves in a spot where they have the fortunes of doing that. You know, there's how many teams in the league that are, you know, can really say they're in. There's the races are so tight in some of those wild card races. They can't afford that. And teams are playing playoff games down the stretch every single night where the wild, if a guy's a little banged up, a little dinked up, it might be a night where they get a gamer too off to fully heal because once you get into the playoffs, there's no sitting out at no time for rest. So I think that's something high and they'll take advantage of.

15:38And yeah, you talk about this league. These guys don't want to take breaks. And you look at the bottom six and, you know, when everybody's healthy, there's going to be three solid forwards out who wants to give up their spot for a guy that's going to go in. That's the way you played. Now you're in the rotation of sitting out in the depth of this team now, the addition since the trade line is so huge and nobody wants to be out and you take a night off, it could be potentially, you know, sitting for a few. Have you, from your experience in the NHL when it comes to decisions like you're just talking about, are they generally matchup based? I mean, if you're talking about a handful, what's going on Kyle? All the food has arrived. Come on over. We got meatballs. Uh oh. What's up, brother? What do you got? Swedish. We got a new Queen of soda meatballs. Really? Queen of soda, though. Holy kids. Good thing you didn't name a Brink of soda. But go ahead. And the Meatball Hogi. It's available on the main concourse. Oh, are you? And a little bit of the proceeds, 43 cents go to Quinn Hughes's charity. Are these berries?

16:39Say that last part. 43 cents goes where? To Quinn Hughes's charity. Sweet. Oh, so. Oh, that's great. So, you know, the main concourse is impacting the organization more so than just on the ice, you got Quinn Hughes Foundation or whatever it is. And you guys have teamed with them as executive chefs. You want to go with this? Where, where, where can we get these meatballs sandwiches again? On the main concourse by section 112. Right on, brother. Thank you. Thank you for seeing you, man. How much you guys? Yeah, for sure. Look at Kyle. Stay locked. Cook one look at me and he's like, you want to go with the stuff? Why would you do that? What do you think? You think I'm the sub. Go ahead, see him bigger, Budsy. You think he's biggest Budsy? Biggest Budsy. Now, where are we go? Where are we at, for that. I'm talking about the competitive nature of those battling to not be a healthy scratch. Oh, in matchup? Is it a game by game matchup deal or what? A little bit when he get into a series, you know what the other team has, right? I think there's certain spots that High-ends wants to play, guys. You know, there's certain guys that are sitting out that maybe they're going to go in

17:42And ideally, they're going to be on that fourth line. They're going to be an energy. They're going to play physical where, if you get a Fabry or whoever, you know, is he going to be an effective On the fourth line? He's going to be more of a guy that's going to be in that third line spot. It's just different scenarios. Special teams plays a huge role. I heard Kevin Gorg talking about that. And it's in playoffs. That's so huge. And that's kind of been a point for the wild. It's a penalty kill. You know, it's a league playout. Yes, but in playoffs, it's been exposed a little bit in some of These series. But like you mentioned, you saw what Team USA did in the penalty Kill in the Olympics. And now, not that this is the same group. But Fabry was a huge part of that. And now the wild has took a huge step in the penalty kill department Here post Olympic break. Well, let me let me ask you something about that. Yeah, 90%. So in the playoffs though, kind of the trademark of the idea is A little bit of swallow in the whistles. And teams play a bit differently because of how much one power Player, one pkl can swing a game that then potentially swings a

18:45Series. So in terms of it does the refereeing change? How much does the vibe change maybe to protect yourself from certain Special team situations once you get into the playoffs? Well, the wild this year have been one of the least penalized teams in the league. So I mean, that's great for them going into playoffs. And then those numbers obviously throughout the duration of a season Mean something. And they're absolutely look at that. You know, they're a lower penalized team. But I did listen to Bruce Boudreau on radio who's coached in the Ton of playoffs series. Yeah, Matt. In the first round, they don't put the whistle. You still got all nine in his album. Don't you? You ain't missing a trick. Yeah. And he's right. Like that first round, they say, hey, no, we're going to play You know, called Sam is a regular season. They're still more calls than. Then you think in a normal playoffs series. But I think as it goes on, it tightens up. The physicality picks up. I mean, you watch the last two Stanley cups. Three Florida's been a part of their physical team in your face. They play a rugged style. And you know, they never got themselves independently troubled. And that's how they played.

19:45That's been kind of the staple. And in teams have done that because it's a copycat league. How are we going to get better? We get bigger. We get tougher. We get stronger. Well, they'll do it the deadline. Are they all copycat leagues? We hear it in the NFL. We just heard it in the NHL. And in the NBA, clearly it's a copycat league because everybody's imitating load management and sitting people out and making games unwatchable. But anyway, go ahead. Well, you were up at mile high for that ABS game. And sadly, you lose in the shoot out there. I think it was McKinnon with the dagger. But I think there were five from five of the wild were on the PK that day. I mean, you're talking just a barrage that you're potentially taking from the ABS. How fun was it to watch that game mile high as heated as that contest can be? Well, yeah, that's going to be a playoff. It was a playoff atmosphere. And it's going to be like that. The wild have Dallas a few more times too in the regular season. And I think April 9th is the final one. That game is going to be down in Dallas. It's going to be. It's going to be the 10th week of the election. Yeah. In Dallas, I think it's April 9th is that game. But, you know, Colorado is interesting.

20:46They got one of the lowest rated power plays in the league. I just can't figure it out. They're like 29th in the league on their policy. Seriously. Yeah, the skill they have. Were they 0 for 5 that day? They were 0 for 5. And the penalty killed a great job. But Wally that night was incredible. Some of the saves he had were unbelievable back door plays that McKinnon gets these looks. And he doesn't miss unless it's the Olympics and misses in that. But it was, you know, a huge save that led to that equal storm. Short-handed goal. Right. And a lot of times you see a huge save lead to a goal the other way. And you talk about the depth on this team. It looks like storms going to be out again tonight. But, you know, it's guy scores the goalings out the next night. I know that's weird. It's just crazy how deep this team is. And, you know, the role he plays. But goal-tending was unbelievable that night for the wild. But it was very like the shots were 34-33. It was evenly played game. Both goals were good on each end. And then, you know, McKinnon who took a penalty in. Oh, T didn't get to go on the first three. He went fourth and you're you're bearing the lead.

21:46The highlight of your day. What's these meatballs? No. Meeting the vox of all vox is ever to vox. Oh, my God. Yes. And the ball arena. Wow. The bathroom. No, I went down. I went down to the main level to try to find something for my daughters that I get on our way rinks. And they just it wasn't a great spread for avalanche stuff. The line was a little bit long. Yeah. So I decided to go back into the elevator shaft area and then walked Alan Roach. Yeah. Which Kelly's Burnham. Yeah. Nice to meet you, Alex. I'm a fan from afar. There was no voice. There was no voice. And I knew he did it in that building. And how did you know it was him? He looked like, if I drew, if I pictured Alan, I was like, this guy has to have this voice. That's fantastic. So I'm standing there waiting for the elevator. No talk. He gets in still not that he's on his phone and he's got his badge on. Yeah. And I was trying to position myself and move a little bit the elevator to get a look at his badge. And all I could see was ACH on the end of his, and I was like, yes, that's him. I said, are you? Excuse me, are you Alan Roach? Yes, I am. And I was like, oh, I have heard you on 9 to noon.

22:48That's great. I'm friends with PA and blah, blah. He's, I've heard you on the show. He said, excuse me. Who are you? Yes. And then he came in to talk to Budzie, a little Budzie, and went over pronunciations of our names. And then I got to witness it. He sat right below us to the left. He had the camera going. He had himself set up. It's just, it's unbelievable that voice. It's just incredible. Yeah, for Alan, for the box of all boxes ever to box. The one at US Bank Stadium and ball arena, it, you know, it was eye opening for him. And I think he's done it before, but it was eye opening being the box in Milan at those Olympic games. And he's right next to the penalty box. So, I mean, he's eyesight for like the fastest games anybody has ever seen. Some of those games were so fast consistently. Then he comes back to ball arena. He loves the job, but he's way up there. It was just a stark change, you know. It's such a difference ice level. And sorry, I'm trying to finish this meatball. No, it's okay.

23:48No, I'll talk for a second so you can finish it. But like those two games, I had the opportunity to call 2021 or 2022 for the wild. It's the, the options. I think it was Vancouver and Vegas they played. Is there like, okay, well, you can do these two games. And you, you're going to do them from the press box. And I'm like, well, I would prefer not to because if I scream and he's loose, the last thing I need is 30 year Vancouver Canucks beat rider guy looking up at me and flipping me off. The last thing I want to do is have to walk in New Orleans for two days by myself because it's something I said. So, if it's possible, can I do them from a suite? And it was not the lowest level and it was in the corner, but they acquiesced. And there were a bunch of people in there, which I like. You've been in the booth at Canterbury when a lot of people are there or the box box at US Bank Stadium. And that lower angle bit makes, especially if you're doing something for the first time. That lower angle bit makes a major difference. Yeah, it's crazy how fast the game isn't how much space there is to, I mean, call a game from the lower you get.

24:53If people want to sit front row and you don't get to see the whole game. And that's why a lot of times when you know, guys early on in their career, they're young, they get healthy scratch in the front office. Or coaches say, watch the game from up top because it just, it seems so slow. There's so much space on the ice from up top and all of a sudden you get ice level. Yeah, how does this guy see this lane? How do that bucket through? It's just, it's a totally different game from seat one up to, you know, the top row where we sit. Well, I mean, Kenny Albert is awesome at what he does at the old check, Bouchet, all that. I mean, they're high end broadcasting talent, my opinion. But like when they call a game at Rancasino Arena, they're up right next to hair apparent. Now, let's go back in the day when when I snapped a selfie. Well, they have one, they'll have the three man crew and Bouch or Jody Shelley will be ice level. Yeah, for them, they have the three man team sometimes. Oh, Bouches, so good. Bouches. Okay, but here's what I'm getting at when I first met Doc Emmerick. Okay. Doc, he's sitting upstairs. Doc was opposite the benches, opposite the visitor's bench at the top of the first level.

25:57And they like carve out a niche for him when he's going to call games there for him and the analyst. Everybody else does it upstairs. Doc's like, Koreaning sounds better when you're down here as opposed to up there. So Doc Emmerick has guidelines. Everybody else has rules. There's a few ranks where they have the ability to get low. And I know in Dallas, for example, they're down off on the main con course. But then there's only a few ass that have the ability to get down to that level and makes a huge difference. It was plans in Anaheim for, you know, them, them to be the core, and, you know, Pad for Beacon, Anaheim moves on two guys that potentially were, you know, the face of the franchise out there, that's shocking, and they go out, Anaheim, they take a guy from Philadelphia, and Cutter Goche, who, you know, did not want to sign in Philly for whatever reason, ends up in Anaheim. Now, you get these two young studs going the other way, and you talk about Trevor Zegress, the skill he has, it's Conrad Goche. No. Cutter Goche, was drafted by, it was drafted by, no relation to Sean. No, Cateria. Cateria. No, because they're spelled different. I understand that, but see, I'm looking at Cutteria, and I honestly haven't heard of him, but in researching some Bobby Clark, Broad Street Bullies, type information, you see some pictures

Yeah, he's probably the longest tenured guy on this Philly team, and, you know, he's played hard minutes. I thought you said he pulled up some pictures of him and Bobby Clark, because he's missing some of his teeth, and he plays the hard way, and, you know, he wears the, you know, he wears the seat for that group, and, no, bringing those young guys and now you inject Alex Bomp, who gets to play in the, you know, Granks, you know, Arena for the first time coming back home, who's already got a goal in his career, three games, and it's a group that, you know, they're rebuilding, they need to get back in the playoffs, Philly's a hard market to play, and they demand success, and, you know, Danny Breuer has done a great job flipping the roster and trying to get pieces in, and one guy they're hoping for is Mitch Cobb, and, you know, he came into the year the talk was, well, maybe he wasn't out of shape, maybe in shape, he didn't have the greatest summer, you know, and talk, it's been hard on him, and he's the guy that everybody's wondering what, once he's going to

34:21turn into the superstar anticipated, it just hasn't happened yet, but he's another guy, a young guy that they're hoping, you know, can be a core of this group for a long time. You know, you're not that far removed from being in the net yourself, Alex, and when you're looking at, you're analyzing these games, and you're looking at one of the first things you do, you're like, okay, let me see, this guy got the best to me. Ooh, I had a dominating performance against this guy. This guy didn't stand a freaking chance against me four years ago. You play that game at all as you get ready to analyze these games? I tried to do the ladder and see that guy doesn't stand a chance against me, but then I'd always talk to myself into maybe he does stand a chance. No, but you look down this roster, and it's a team that, you know, it doesn't score ton of goals. And now they're fighting to stay into the playoff hunt. But are they really in the hunt? No, they're like six points back. Seven points back. Yeah, they're dead. That's a lot. Okay, so he said they're dead. I think they are. No, that's easy. I'll give you eight to one.

35:21If they make the playoffs, my eight, my eight against your one, but you got to talk about it in the open of the Fandole game tonight. I had bread after that minus 250. Do you look up and down the track? Yeah, it's not. We have a huge project for you. I'm at home, a lot of low pitch players and we have the players roster. Do you see anybody who scored on you? So it's a wild win by three or more tonight.

36:23OK. This is super premature, but come playoff. What's the process now with fewer than 20? What is it, 17, 18 games left? Where Heinz starts getting into the mode of, OK, it's going to be all Gus Bus. It's going to be all Gustafson in that opening series. Or is there an element of thought around how there could potentially be a rotation in the postseason? Because I mean, if playoffs were to start today, it's going to be Gus, the way he's played. Since Olympic break, he's got like a 960% percentage. He's a shade over one goals again. He's been unbelievable since coming out of break. I mean, we harken back to like Manny and Dwayne, right? Like this dynamic duo. And it just feels like maybe it seems unrealistic that you would truly have a 50-50 split in a playoff series. Yeah. I don't especially would days off. And I don't think that's the case right now. Gus is, you know, as of right now, if your Gus is going to be the day one side-round, he's going to be the guy.

37:23And you pray for health down the stretch for both goalies. And the one thing you talk about, though, is how long's the leash if you go down and you lose two on the road or whatever it may be. And in some times, you look at cases where there's been rookie goal tenders that have came in and won Stanley Cops in Jordan, Bennington, Cam Warden, Carolina, Matt Murray, and Pittsburgh. And sometimes it's just that they're young. And I don't want to say dumb, you're not aware enough. We just go into the moment. You just go in and play. And like, I'm here to win a game. I don't care about Jamie Bann. I don't care it's Tyler Sagan. I don't care who Rob Mason is. They were Wyatt Johnson. They all shoot. He's a right-handed shot. He's a left-handed shot. I'm just going to stop the puck and get a win and get out of here. Hey, well, since you went down that road and they have two left with Dallas, and you know, I mean, it's hockey and it's age-old, where with respect, home ice does not matter as much in this game in the postseason as it does in some others. It's such a tightly contested game, puck-luck stuff like that. However, be great to have it.

38:24With those two left with Dallas, and you mentioned Johnston, Wyatt Johnston. Centerman. Fantastic. Robertson, all the names you, you, you, you, you, I'm a teenager. Do you think, or how much do you think the Wild R is, equipped for a series against the Dallas stars? Because there's been a problem in the past. Now with Vegas, Colorado and Dallas hasn't been as much problem this year during the season as it had previously. But like it's going to be that, It doesn't matter if it's here or there for home ice advantage, but what do you like about the wild against Dallas, a veteran team that's just tough? I think superstar for superstar at the top six, I love where the wild are at. They got two guys in the top five in goal scoring and you know how often does that happen here in Minnesota and the depth, you talk about the depth, I think the wild bottom six compared to Dallas is bottom six. You put them on paper right next to each other. I think anybody's probably going to take the wild bottom six, the depth they have and

39:27you talk about home ice and line matchups, are they big and sometimes yes, Heinz, hey, what are you going to do tonight for lines? Some games, you know, he's, you know, to be honest, I'm just going to roll him and, but you go into a playoff series and, you know, you're going to, he's going to have Erickson Echo there against certain guys and he's so effective in a playoff series, but, yeah, it's so tightly contested, you do get the last change and you get a chance to see potentially the matchups that, you know, Heinz is going to roll out in the game here in a week and change on Saturday. And then in Dallas on April 9th, you'll see what Dallas does as far as what they want for matchups and, you know, leading into potentially, if that is the series, as of right now, it looks like, you know, to high percentage, it's going to be Dallas, whether it's at Grand Casino or I believe it's American Airlines Center and it'll be, it'll be a telling tale to see the lines and the top balls and who Heinz goes with. You know, I don't, I don't want to speak for Nordo, but we've joked about it before. But the last change bit, I mean, it's okay, it, it see laughs because it takes place right
