9-9 Israel Keyes

In 2012, Israel Keyes was arrested for the kidnapping of Samantha Koenig. He confessed to murdering her and showed police where to find her body. Then Israel said, "I've got lots more stories to tell." He is known as one of America's most prolific serial killers.
