大槻 玄沢（おおつき げんたく、宝暦7年9月28日（1757年11月9日）- 文政10年3月30日（1827年4月25日））は、一関藩出身の江戸時代後期の蘭学者。
大槻玄沢は｢遂げずばやまじ」の精神で、玄白から命ぜられて『解体新書』の改訂に取り組む。1790年から始めて、1798年には『重訂解体新書』ができた。改訂作業は続き、1804年にようやく完了した。偉業である。著書や翻訳書は、300巻に及ぶという仕事人でもあった。その精神は、息子の盤渓、孫の文彦にも引き継がれて、それぞれ歴史に名を残す仕事を完成させている。その源は玄沢であった。この人の影響力は何世代にも渡った。
