武市 瑞山（たけち ずいざん。文政12年9月27日（1829年10月24日）－慶応元年5月11日（1865年7月3日））は、日本の志士、武士（土佐藩郷士）。土佐勤王党の盟主。通称は半平太で、武市 半平太（たけち はんぺいた）と呼称されることも多い。
切腹を命じられた半平太は体を清めて正装し、未だ誰も為しえなかったとさえ言われてきた三文字割腹の法を用いて、法式通り腹を三度かっさばいた後、前のめりになったところを両脇から二名の介錯人に心臓を突かせて絶命した。享年37。藩主山内容堂は武市へ切腹を命じたことを悔いていた。冒頭に掲げた歌は、武市瑞山の辞世の歌である。
