柳田 誠二郎（やなぎた せいじろう、1893年（明治26年）9月2日 – 1993年（平成5年）11月18日）は、日本の実業家。日本航空株式会社初代社長を務めた。
冒頭の「思想」が人間を支配するという言葉は、柳田の仏教に関する勉強を継続していたというバックグラウンドを知ると納得できる。自分で自分を鍛え、揺るぎない思想を創りあげた人物だったのだろう。思想が個人を支配する。そして個人を通じて集団も支配する。だから思想が大事なのだ。
