塚本 幸一（つかもと こういち、1920年9月17日 – 1998年6月10日）は日本の実業家。ワコール創業者。
この塚本幸一が住んだ京都の自宅にお邪魔したことがある。息子の能交さんが参加している会のイベントで訪ねたのだ。よく考えられた建物と庭の美意識に感動したことを思い出す。部下を信頼することから始めよ、という塚本幸一のリーダー論は腑に落ちる。「上、下をみること3年、下、上をみること3日」というリーダーを戒める恐るべき言葉を思い出した。
