パーシー・ビッシュ・シェリー（Percy Bysshe Shelley、1792年8月4日 – 1822年7月8日）は、イングランドのロマン派詩人。
「私たちはどこから来たのか、なぜここに存在するのか？」という普遍的な問いをシェリーは詩の中で語っている。また「詩は、ひろくいえば、｢想像力の表現」あると定義できよう」と言う。恋い焦がれる「ないもの」とは人が想像で生み出したものだ。そのあこがれを表現するのが詩である。
