阿部 次郎（あべ じろう、1883年（明治16年）8月27日 – 1959年（昭和34年）10月20日）は、哲学者、美学者、作家。仙台市名誉市民。
「人間は長生きしなければ駄目だ」と語っていた阿部次郎は59歳で東北大学法文学部長に就任するが、翌年軽い脳溢血で辞任する。定年退官後はどのような知的生活を送ったのだろうか。脳軟化症で入院し、翌年76歳で人生を終える。良き生を全うできたのだろうか、気になるところである。
