池田 勇人（いけだ はやと、1899年（明治32年）12月3日 – 1965年（昭和40年）8月13日）は、日本の大蔵官僚、政治家。位階は正二位。勲等は大勲位。
この言葉は池田の故郷の農夫たちのいいならわしだった。猪の迫力に驚いて狼狽するが、大局からみれば大したことがないことが多い。難局に対処するときのリーダーの心構えだ。天命を意識した、どっしりしたリーダー像が垣間見える。
