Expect to take notes on this episode of Bulletproof Radio with the inspirational shaman, biohacker, and teacher Alberto Villoldo. There is a ton of useful information to be learned from this talk with Alberto including why a broken diet equals a broken brain, what are the right kinds of medicine plants, and how to, “Pass the salt, bitch!” Trust me; you’ll want to listen. It’s a real honor to have such a wise and humble healer on the show. You won’t be disappointed!
