About this episode
Today’s episode is part four and the final episode of a series looking at successful businesses and taking the techniques they’ve used to become massively successful and thinking about how we can apply those to our businesses in the online space.
In this episode I cover the Red Bull Effect: building community. Red Bull markets a lifestyle, not just a product, so we need to look at how to align our businesses to a lifestyle or a set of values that our target audience aspires to. Red Bull targets customers that live and enjoy high energy activities, sports, and adventure. Ultimately this makes Red Bull a symbol of vitality and excitement. In today’s episode I share how to embody the lifestyle you want your brand associated with so you’re a living, breathing example of what you teach and preach.
I’ll dig deeper into these questions:
- How can you sell the lifestyle that your offers provide?
- What is the physical representation of the emotional aspect that you help people with?
- What stories can you tell that will create more community connection?
- How can you create a legacy for your brand?
- Does your life represent your message?
